近年來由於航空業的蓬勃發展,各航空公司的航網亦以逐步拓展為其發展目標,並能同步帶動公司之獲利成長,然而良好的營運亦應在航機修護及其維修人員指派上有充分之規劃。航空公司在人員費用支出方面航機的維修人力約占了整個直接操作成本的一大部分,所以如何使航空公司能在維修人員指派上有良好的安排又能降低維修和營運成本,對航空公司而言為一重要的課題。 本研究以國內航機修護廠之立場,考慮已知之維修人員數量、公司規定之限制等因素,同時納入維修人員工作疲勞值之考量,以人力成本效率最佳化為目標建構維修人員指派數學模式,並自行撰寫程式進行模式求解工作。 最後,本研究根據實證結果得知當維修人員總人數規模在195人時,考量不同疲勞函數、疲勞值上限以及人力小時成本時所得到目標值較佳,期能將研究成果提供航空公司未來規劃維修人力作業,以及人員各任務班表指派作業之參考依據。
In recent years, due to the booming aviation industry, the airline's route network were also gradually expand its development goals, and to drive profitable growth companies, however, should be in good operating aircraft repair and maintenance personnel assigned on there are ample of planning. Airline personnel expenses in respect of aircraft maintenance accounts for a majority of overall direct operating costs, so how airlines can have a good arrangement on the maintenance staff can assign lower maintenance and operating costs for airlines and words are an important issue. To the airline's position, considerate restrictions of the maintenance crews quantity, companies subjects and other factors. The object is optimum the personal cost, and use fatigue value in setting constraint. Finally, based on the empirical results of this study that when the size of the total number of maintenance personnel in the 195, taking into consideration the different functions of fatigue, fatigue limit values as well as the cost of labor hours obtained better target research results. We hope the study can benefits to the airlines of future planning maintenance staff operations and personnel assigned for each task class reference to the job of the table.
