本研究旨在探討消防人員工作壓力來源及因應對策,研究對象區分為兩群,第一群為能夠針對研究主題進行深入的論述,並且建構消防人員工作壓力來源中各個影響因素;第二群則以AHP專家問卷為主,藉以判定消防人員工作壓力來源模式中各個影響因素之相對權重。 綜合本研究之相關文獻探討、專家意見訪談以及層級分析法實證,本研究對消防人員工作壓力來源提出五項關鍵因素:(1)在影響消防人員工作壓力之構面中,「工作本身」構面相較於「個人因素」構面、「內部組織」構面及「外在環境」構面有較大的影響力;(2)在消防人員工作壓力來源中,「工作本身」構面以「火災預防」之工作較具影響力;(3)在消防人員工作壓力來源中,「個人因素」構面以「家庭關係」之因素較具影響力;(4)在消防人員工作壓力來源中,「內部組織」構面以「主管領導風格」之因素較具影響力;(5)在消防人員工作壓力來源中,「外在環境」構面以「民代請託關說」之因素較具影響力。
This research mainly discussed the job stress and coping strategies for firefighters, the research subjects are divided into two groups: one for in-depth discussion on the theme, while building the key factors of job stress sources, the other group are discussed through AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) to determine the relative weights of each key factors in the job stress sources for firefighters. Comprehensively, this research set forth five key factors influencing job stress sources for firefighters from related literature review, expert interviews and AHP: (1) In the dimensions influencing job stress, “nature of work” had greater influences than “private life”, “within organization” or “external environment.” (2) In the dimension of “nature of work”, the greatest influential factor for job stress is “fire prevention.” (3) In the dimension of “private life”, the greatest influential factor for job stress is “family.”(4) In the dimension of “within organization”, the greatest influential factor for job stress is “leadership style.” While (5) in the dimension of “external environment”, the greatest influential factor for job stress is “illegal persuasion from the elected representatives.”
