摘 要 隨著競爭環境不斷的改變,企業與企業彼此間的競爭亦越來越激烈,導致組織文化亦不斷受到挑戰與衝擊。此外,在面對21世紀的知識經濟時代,企業競爭優勢的來源,來自於組織成員創造與學習知識,並將這些知識分享給其他組織成員。本研究嘗試建立一個整合性架構,並探討台灣製造業在組織文化、組織學習與知識分享之關係。本研究採用隨機抽樣法進行研究樣本的抽取,總共發出400份問卷,回收有效問卷173份,問卷回收率為43.25%。本研究調查資料茲採用因素萃取、信度分析、效度分析,以及線性方程模式來驗證各研究構面的影響關係。 本研究主要發現: (1)組織文化對知識分享有顯著正向的影響。 (2)組織學習對知識分享有顯著正向的影響。 (3)組織文化對組織學習有顯著正向的影響。 (4)組織文化會透過組織學習的中介影響,進而對知識分享有顯著正向的影響。 (5)台灣製造業組織成員的人口統計變項(性別、年齡與職位)對組織文化、組織學習與知識分享有顯著差異存在。 關鍵字:組織文化、組織學習、知識分享、台灣製造業
Abstract As the competition environment changes, competition among organizations becomes more intense than before. Organizational culture has faced great challenges and conflicts. In addition, to face knowledge economics era of 21st century, the source of the competitive advantage came from employees of the organization should be creating and learning knowledge. Meanwhile, those organizations should be sharing knowledge with each other. The purpose of this research is to build global framework, and to examine the relationship among organizational culture, organizational learning and knowledge sharing for Taiwan manufacturing industry. This research use random sampling method selects from Taiwan manufacturing industry, there are total 173 valid samples, and the response rate is 43.25%. The empirical data was analyzed by factor analysis, reliability analysis and validity analysis, and then used SEM to measure the relationship amongst the constructs. The results of this research are as follows: 1. The organizational culture significantly positive effect relationship knowledge sharing. 2. The organizational learning significantly positive effect relationship knowledge sharing. 3. The organizational culture significantly positive effect relationship organizational learning. 4. The organizational learning has mediated effects upon the impact of market organizational culture on knowledge sharing. 5. Significant differences were found in members’ organizational culture, organizational learning and knowledge sharing at their demographic variables (gender, age and position).
