台糖文創產業經營決策之研究─以總爺藝文中心為例

摘要

在企業環境方面的迅速變化，像激烈企業一樣競爭生存，正在面臨空前的危機，而且在2008年金融海嘯的重創，必須思索道路的新模式在企業管理。
隨著政府提出「挑戰2008國家發展重點計畫」，列文創產業為六大新興產業之一，從事農業生產的公司轉型經營文創產業，延伸至服務業範疇的文創產業如雨後春筍掘起。總爺藝文中心是文建會閒置空間再利用最早補助的試辦，在藝文中心腹地廣大，本身擁有許多豐富的自然、歷史、文化資源，過去舉辦過許多研習課程及藝文活動。
本研究計劃為台灣發展文化創意產業的本土化，以建立產業創意運動的理念基礎。以廣泛資料的蒐集進行整理與分析，探討我國由農業轉型的綜合型文創產業，選擇總爺藝文中心做為個案研究對象，透過總爺藝文中心經營者在管理決策所扮演之角色與功能，期盼經營對「公營辦」與「民營辦」效益有顯著關係。對有意經營文創產業的公司而言，如何提升經營管理能力，邁向企業化經營以提高組織效率，達到永續經營之目的，實屬重要之課題。
