2008年全球政經環境大變動,由金融風暴掀起全球經濟危機,經濟環境的衝擊接連而來,多數人對於未來都充滿著不確定性,各行業的銷售人員面對此一前所未有的環境,相對的也產生了過度的工作壓力,而工作壓力除了影響個人外,也影響了工作績效,現在產業創新速度快、競爭情況激烈,銷售人員所承受的工作壓力比一般上班族來的高,使得個人生理、心理及行為造成負面的影響。 因此本研究的主要目的,是探討產業中之銷售人員,在工作壓力來源、工作壓力及創造力上有何影響與差異。以金融證?p業、人壽保險業、食品製造業、電子科技產業之銷售人員為施測對象,採取立意抽樣方式,共發出250份問卷,共計回收有效問卷205份,有效回收率為82%,並應用迴歸分析等統計方法驗證本研究之假設,根據統計分析結果歸納出研究結論如下: 1.工作壓力來源對工作壓力具有顯著正向影響 2.工作壓力來源對於創造力具有部分顯著負向影響 3.工作壓力對於創造力具有部分顯著負向影響 4.工作壓力來源透過工作壓力顯著的中介效果而部份影響創造力
In 2008, the political and economic environment changed tremendously all over the world. Financial crisis stroke global economy and brought successive shocks to economic environment. In the meanwhile, most people felt uncertain of their future, and sales person from all walks of life was over stressed out of the unprecedented situation. Despite making impact on individuals, job stress also influenced their performance. Under the environment of high-speed innovation and harsh competition, sales person would suffer from greater job stress than common employees, and such pressure would cause negative impacts mentally, physically and on behavior. As a result, the main purpose of this research was to discuss the influences and differences of sales person upon aspects of stressors, job stress and creativity. Research subjects were employees from sales department in financial, insurance, food, and electronic industries. 250 portions of questionnaires were delivered through purposive sampling, and 205 portions of valid questionnaires were returned with a valid return rate of 82%. Statistical approaches such like regression analysis were adopted to verify the hypotheses in this research, and following conclusions were gained according to statistical analyses: 1.Job stressors had significantly positive influences on job stress. 2.Job stressors had partially significantly negative influences on creativity. 3.Job stress had partially significantly influences on creativity 4.Job stressors partially influenced creativity through mediating effect of job stress.
