近年來,台商在大陸地區投資設廠相當普遍,國內航空貨運承攬業者亦配合台商進軍大陸提供運送服務,然大陸幅員廣大,除積極佈署營業據點(Marketing Node)以從事承攬貨件、服務客戶之工作外,亦需佈署營運據點(Operation Node)以有效將所承攬之貨件運送至目的地。本研究旨在探討國內航空貨運承攬業者營業據點與營運據點之佈署,並以國內一家大型業者為研究對象,運用迴歸分析探討其在大陸佈署營業據點與台商間之關係,以瞭解航空貨運承攬業是否配合台商進軍大陸;並構建一區位選擇模式協助分析如何有效佈署營運據點,據以串連成內部營運網路,以有效將所承攬之貨件運送至目的地。範例研究顯示,營業據點之佈署與台商之分佈有關聯性,而本研究所構建之模式有助於分析營運據點之佈署,並據以協助業者構建其內部營運網路。
Recently, Taiwanese air freight forwarders have developed their service nodes in Mainland China to cope with the movement of Taiwanese factories. However, how to dispose service nodes, including marketing nodes and operation nodes, more efficiently is a big issue Taiwanese air freight forwarders facing due to the large scale of Mainland China. This paper makes use of regression analysis to analyze the correlation between the distribution of marketing nodes and that of Taiwanese factories. Furthermore, a mathematical model, the facility location problem, is developed to help air freight forwarders to upgrade some marketing nodes as operation nodes to enhance their internal operation network to move cargoes more efficiently. The case study shows that the distribution of marketing nodes and that of Taiwanese factories is significantly correlated by the regression analysis, and some of marketing nodes should be upgraded to operation nodes when there are more cargoes increased or higher level of service needed with the mathematical model.
