企業界專案執行人員具備專案管理能力之研究

摘要


企業界中從事專案管理工作的人員,是否具備完整專案管理知識的概念,有效率地進行專案管理工作,以提高專案的成功率,及企業或單位的高層專案管理人員應該站在什麼位置,監督及控管專案管理工作,才能完成成功的專案。 本次的研究以依據PMI專案管理知識體系中五大過程、九大知識領域的44個子過程為構面做為問卷主體,瞭解專案執行人員對於專案管理概念的認知;不同資本額、營業額與規模之公司,專案執行人員對專案管理概念之認知差異;組織對專案管理教育之重視程度,對員工專案管理概念之影響。 將相關文獻及所收集到的各種專案管理知識加以整理,透過實地訪談問卷,資料分析整理,結果證實專案管理知識體系中架構,做為自己在執行專案時的準則,徹底執行確實有效率能提昇專案的成功率。因此與國際接軌將專案管理思維融入企業文化的一部份,加強推廣教育市場與各種教育體系,全面認同專案管理的價值,讓企業界中專案執行人員具備有完整系統的專案管理能力,提昇組織及個人甚至整個台灣社會的競爭力。

The research this time, in order to do in order to construct the surface for the subject of the questionnaire according to five major course , nine major knowledge field and 44 suprocess in PMI project management body of knowledge system, understand that the operational staff of project manages the cognition of the concept to the project; Different capital volume, the companies of the turnover and scale , the operational staff of the project manages the cognitive difference of concepts to the project; The organization manages the influence of the concept on staff's project on the attention degree of management education of the project. Put relevant documents and various kinds of project managerial knowledge collected in order, through the interview questionnaire on the spot, analysis is put in order, the result verifies the structure in the managerial knowledge system of the project, make it for one's own criterion while carrying out the project, carry out the really efficient success rate that can promote the project completely. In line with international standards and manage the project a part that thinking incorporated the corporate culture, strengthen and popularize educational market and various kinds of education systems, approve the value of project management in an all-round way, let the special secondary school case operational staff of business circles possess the project managerial ability with intact system, promote the organization and competitiveness of individual's even whole society of Taiwan.
