社會企業已成為全世界的風潮。這項以解決社會問題並同時創造財富為宗旨的企業型態,正不斷地以創新與創意的思維,透過各種不同的營運模式協助許多國家解決其社會問題及創造人類福祉。社會企業的蓬勃發展,凸顯其對人才、人力資源的大量需求,因此,了解社會企業就業意願之影響因素也成為社會企業發展的重要課題。 在企業全球化及營利導向的商業活動中,個人的國際觀與金錢觀往往影響其決策判斷及職涯選擇。而社會企業在兼顧營利與公益的前提下,了解個人國際觀與金錢觀對社會企業就業意願之影響將有助於社會企業的人才招募。因此,本研究以台灣、日本為研究對象,探討 國際觀與金錢觀對從事社會企業工作就業意願之影響,並納入受測者人口統計變項一併探討。 研究結果顯示,日本與台灣的受測者在從事社會企業工作之意願高低並無顯著差異,但兩地受測者的國際觀與金錢觀對於在社會企業就業意願之影響則表現出不同的結果。在國際觀方面,台灣的受測者「國際情勢的認知」對從事社會企業工作的意願呈現顯著正向影響;在金錢觀方面,日本的受測者在「權力成就」的金錢觀顯著正向影響其從事社會企業工作的意願。此外,本研究也發現,曾在社會企業打工或曾修習探討社會企業的相關課程者,有較高的意願從事社會企業的工作。
Social enterprises, a business model which aims to resolve social problems and create wealth concurrently, facilitate the welfare of human beings with innovative and creative thinking through diverse operational patterns. The prosperity of social enterprises reveals urge demands of human resources; therefore it is critical to understand factors that influence the intentions pursuing to social enterprise careers. With the trend of globalization and the orientation toward profitability of business activities, values of international perspective and money attitude usually exert impact on individual decision judgment and career choices. Understanding more about the influence of international perspective and money attitude may help social enterprises recruit capable and suitable employees. Accordingly, the study takes young adults in Taiwan and Japan as research subjects to investigate the influence of international perspective, money attitude, and demographic variables on intentions of pursuing social enterprise careers. Research findings indicate no significant difference in the intentions of pursuing social enterprise careers between participants in Taiwan and Japan. Moreover, the awareness of international situation of Taiwanese participants has found positively impact on intentions to pursue social enterprise careers; whereas power achievement has found positively affect Japanese participants’ intentions of pursuing social enterprise careers. In addition, those who have part-time job experiences or have taken courses related to issues in social enterprises have found significantly higher intentions to pursue careers in social enterprises than their counterparts.
