本研究旨在探討慢性疾病患者(代謝症候群患者、應力型尿失禁婦女)在經過為期三個月規律運動介入後與健康生活型態調查對其健康體適能的影響與相關性。本研究方法以立意取樣的方式,共計錄取65名慢性疾病患者,其中31名為代謝症候群患者;34名為應力型尿失禁婦女參與本研究。本研究以問卷調查、規律運動課程、健康體適能檢測等方式進行各變項資料之收集,資料分析以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、卡方相關檢定、成對樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、線性迴歸等統計方式進行分析。研究結果顯示:一、健康體適能表現結果,經健康體適能常模比對後發現,應力型尿失禁婦女平均表現皆優於代謝症侯群患者。二、健康生活型態表現結果,在營養、運動、健康責任等構面的表現結果應力型尿失禁婦女大部分皆優於代謝症候群患者。三、儘可能的情況下盡量以步代車與慢性疾病患者健康體適能(身體質量指數、柔軟度)變項之之間有顯著的關聯性。四、規律運動介入後對慢性疾病患者(代謝症候族群、應力型尿失禁婦女)其健康體適能前、後有明顯的差異與進步。五、每週運動3-4次對健康體適能(BMI、心肺指數)有明顯的影響。六、除血壓外,在健康體適能項目上皆有75%以上的解釋力。
This study focused on the discussion of the relations between three-month of regular exercises as well as healthy life styles and the health and physical fitness of the patients with chronic diseases (patients suffered from metabolic syndrome and women having stress urinary incontinence). Using purposive sampling, a total of 65 patients with chronic diseases were analyzed;;31 of them were suffered from metabolic syndrome, and 34 of them were women with stress urinary incontinence. Data collection from multiple variables was conducted using questionnaire, courses of regular exercises, and examination on health and physical fitness. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, Chi-square test, paired-samples t test, One- way ANOVA, and Regression Analysis, The results show that:(1)The performance of women having stress urinary incontinence in health and fitness under norm comparisons were better than patients with metabolic syndrome.二(2)The results of evaluation of healthy life styles demonstrated that the performance of women having stress urinary incontinence were better than patients with metabolic syndrome in the parameters of nutrients, exercises, and health responsibility.(3)There was a significant correlation between preferential utilization of mobility devices and the variables of health and fitness (body mass index and softness) within patients with chronic diseases (4)After regular exercises, there was a prominent progression in the performance of health and fitness within patients with chronic diseases.(5) Of exercise per week3-4, times in the health and fitness(bmi、Cardiorespiratory endurance) have a significant effect(6) In addition to blood pressure, Both the explanatory power of more than 75% on health and fitness project.
