台灣職業安全衛生證照制度認知調查
The Study of Certificate System in Occupational Safety and Health in Taiwan
摘要
為了確保專業技術的品質與安全，我國勞工安全衛生證照制度分為技師以及技術士考試，因此勞工安全衛生證照代表的是勞工安全衛生的專業以及技能並能確實的執行勞工安全衛生業務，因此，如何提升勞工安全衛生人員的素質以及執業的專業度更顯的其重要性。 本研究透過「勞工安全衛生證照認知調查問卷」以國內的勞工安全衛生人員與企業為研究對象，探討我國勞工安全衛生證照制度認知的看法以及現行制度改善建議以及期望，以問卷調查法進行實證分析，俾供未來加強我國職業安全衛生證照制度的方向以及訓練模式。 研究結果發現：1.勞安證照的考試制度可回歸國家考試；2.證照執業方面應朝「訂定換照規範」，配合相關的再職教育訓練；3.管理師(員)考取後應受實務技能訓練；4.訓練機構方面應加強品管。 關鍵字：職業安全衛生證照制度 、技能訓練

Abstract In order to guarantee that specialized technical the quality and the security, our country laborer safety and health card divides into the technician as well as the technique master according to the system takes a test, what therefore the laborer safety and health card according to represents is the laborer safety and health specialty as well as the skill and can the execution laborer safety and health service truly, therefore, how to promote the laborer safety and health personnel's quality as well as the disciple specialty its importance obviously. This research penetrates “the laborer safety and health card according to the cognition questionnaire” take the home laborer safety and health personnel and the enterprise as the object of study, discusses our country to work the safety and health card suggests according to the system cognition view as well as the present system improvement as well as expected, carries on the empirical analysis by the questionnaire survey procedure, will enable strengthens our country occupational safety health card for the future according to system's direction as well as the training pattern. The results of this study are：1. Certificate System in Occupational Safety and Health can return to the National examination;2. The license holds an industry and should match with toward"the establishment changes to shine on standard" related of then job training;3. Deserve an actual situation vocational training after passing in examination; 4. Training the organization should strengthen quality control.
