臺灣西藥業組織創新之實證研究--雙核心模式觀點

A Study on the Organizational Innovation for Pharmaceutical Industry in Taiwan-- Dual Core Model Perspective

摘要


西藥產業為近百年興起之產業,我國亦將其列為十大新興工業之一,且因其產品開發、行銷與其他產業不同,市場供需較不受經濟景氣之影響,尤其在戰亂、天災及瘟疫時,需求反而增加,產業特性較為特殊。民國八十三年八月九日通過「全民健康保險法」,自民國八十四年三月一日正式實施,代表著台灣政府極為重視人民的健康,值得本研究對西藥產業加以研究探討。 本研究主要目的在利用臺灣企業組織創新量表評量西藥產業對組織創新之發展狀況,該量表有助於西藥業對本身組織創新能力的衡量及做為公司改善創新管理規劃與執行之指導方針與依據。 本研究針對有40家西藥業廠商每家發出10份企業組織創新量表問卷,共發出400份問卷,有效問卷共189份。而後將問卷所得之資料以敘述統計、因素分析、信度分析與變異數等分析,以驗證本研究所提之假設。 本研究結果發現: 1. 西藥產業公司之成立年數、員工人數、公司屬性與產品主要行銷市場等不同企業屬性均能對組織創新之各因素產生顯著差異性。 2. 西藥產業公司之員工職層差別將對產品創新產生顯著差異性。 3. 病患申訴管道、回報系統及員工福利、獎勵制度等創新活動為西藥業所重視之部分,但在執行上卻多未能落實。

The Pharmaceutical industry starts for the nearly hundred years. It’s one of ten emerging industries in Taiwan. The development and marketing of the products is different from other industry, because the market supply and demand are not influenced by economical booming. The demand would increase especially when chaos caused by war, disaster and plague. The National Health Insurance Act was passed on August 9th, 1994 and the Insurance implemented on March 1st, 1995. It means that the government makes much of people’s health. For the reasons, Pharmaceutical industry is worth for studying. The main purpose of this study is to use"organizational innovation questionnaire of Taiwan Industry”to measure the developing situation in Pharmaceutical industry. The questionnaire is helpful for measuring the organizational innovation ability of Pharmaceutical industry, and to be the guidelines for improving innovation management plan and the execution. In this research, there were 189 effective questionnaires returned among 400 questionnaires distributed to the 40 Pharmaceutical Company within Taiwan. The data were analyzed by a variety of statistical methods, such as descriptive statistic, factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test and ANOVA, etc. The conclusions of this research are: 1. there are outstanding differences of industry attributes (Establishment of years, staff population, company attributes and main marketing of the products) on the organizational innovation is partially supported. 2. there are outstanding differences of staff positions on the organizational innovation is partially supported. 3. The patient querimony channel, Reporting System,and Employee Benefits , compensation policy are the important parts of innovation act ivies, but the performance of administering these innovation act ivies is not very well.
