摘要

在企業內部的資訊基礎建設已經普及之下，企業的競爭已經延伸到與上下游供應鏈的管理以便降低庫存成本，供應商管理庫存系統(VMI)乃應運而生。雖然VMI的效益是如此顯著，但是中小企業卻無法負擔客製化VMI系統的龐大費用，因此極需要一個開放原始碼(Open Source)的解決方案。本研究提出一個植基於網路服務(Web Service)的方案，將企業與供應商的採購流程整合，以期簡化採購流程。我們首先將以整合資訊系統架構(ARIS)方法論中的四個構面來分析並建構出本研究中運用VMI於網路服務的各個環節，以做為後續設計網路服務時的依據。而由於採購流程中，需要結合企業與不同的供應商，因此本研究採用Open Source的NuSOAP，做為開發網路服務平台的工具，將VMI介面的網路服務發佈到網路服務平台上以提供零售商與供應商使用。為了展現我們構想的可行性，本研究在前述的平台上，模擬零售商產生採購訊息後，所產生的網路服務採購運作流程與行為。研究結果顯示，本研究提出的架構是可行的，透過結合網路服務與供應商管理庫存介面的機制，做為不同零售商與供應商之間交換資訊的平台，以達到建置開放原始碼網路服務的目的，使企業無需再購置專屬系統就可運用VMI的策略。未來在這個基礎上，期望可以進一步整合其它的商業流程，例如物流管理、銷售預測與生產規劃流程等，如此將可以更提高企業的競爭力。

After information infrastructure in enterprises is popular, the competition among enterprises has been extended to the efficiency of supply chain management. Vendor managed inventory system (VMI) was developed to response this call. Although the benefits of VMI are significant, small and medium enterprises can not afford the huge cost of a customized VMI system, so an open source VMI solution is needed urgently. This study proposes a platform based on web service to provide the mechanism of integrating procurement and supply process in order to simplify and shorten the procurement process. To do this, we first employ the architecture of integrate information systems methodology to do our system analysis for the subsequent design of web services. And then we choose the open source software, NuSOAP, as a tool to develop the web service. In order to demonstrate our idea, this study conduct a simulation scenario of retailers generating purchase orders to suppliers and producing a series of web service operation on the aforementioned platforms. The results of this research shows, the proposed idea is feasible, through a combination of web service and VMI mechanism will offer a interface for retailers and suppliers to exchange information. This open source web service solution could realize the VMI strategy for retailers and suppliers. In the future, further consolidate other business processes, such as inventory and logistics management, sales forecasting and production planning processes in the platform will be able to further enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
