人力是企業資訊資源中最重要的一環,也是系統成功導入的關鍵因素。台灣資訊相關科系畢業生數量最多,很多找不到合適工作,資料顯示企業卻常抱怨找不到適合人才或者人才流動率過高等問題,是造成此供需失衡的主要因素。 基於此,本研究嘗試從人格特質的角度來探討資訊人員組織承諾與組織文化。經建立研究架構,以假設及定義相關變數與構面來完成問卷設計,再於2007年10月間以便利抽樣方式對各企業之資訊人員進行網路施測,共回收182份有效問卷。經運用包括信度、因素、變異數及相關等統計分析方法,研究結果發現,國內資訊人員之組織承諾程度不高,而留職更較努力承諾為低,組織承諾均與三種文化及四種人格呈正相關;另也發現幾個與組織文化之配適組合,其組織承諾較高之情形,此結果可以供業界、資訊從業人員及學界參考。
Human resource is the most important Information Technology (IT) investments due to its decisive role in any implementation projects. Taiwan has the largest number of IT-related college graduates. While numerous applicants have hard time finding a suitable position, local companies often complain about the shortage and high turn over rate of IT professionals. Among various factors involved in such unbalanced supply-demand situation, lack of research results in organizational commitment and personnel-organization (P-O) fit is also to be blamed. For this reason, the research attempts to study organizational commitment from the perspective of IS personal characteristic and organizational culture. After developing the research model with related constructs and hypothesis, an online survey was conducted, using convenience sampling on IS personnel in 2007; and 182 effective data records were collected for analysis. Through analysis methods such as reliability, factor, correlation and ANOVA, the results have shown a moderate organizational commitment with retention even lower than effort commitment. Besides, organizational commitment is positively correlated with all three culture constructs and four types of personal trait. Certain combinations of P-O fit have also reflected higher commitment. The result may provide valuable reference for business, IT professionals, and academic.
