摘要

本研究，主要目的在探討國民小學輔導教師的個人特質與社會化因素、互動關係等變項，對社工人員介入學校服務的角色期待有無顯著影響，綜合研究結果，做成建議，提供社工人員介入學校輔導工作之參考。
研究者根據角色理論文獻探討，並參酌中外文獻有關社工人員介入學校服務應扮演的角色，自編「學校輔導教師對社工人員介入學校服務之角色期待」調查問卷，其內容包含互動關係、角色期待、基本資料三個部分。以高雄縣153 所國民小學輔導教師為研究對象，共得有效樣本162 份，依據受試者填答結果，再分別以平均數、標準差、t 檢定和單因子變異數（one-way ANOVA）等統計方法，進行資料處理，或得以下結果與建議。

一、研究結果

(一）在學校輔導教師與社工人員的互動關係方面

1、學校輔導教師與社工人員的互動關係以「感受到社工人員的工作態度是熱誠」的平均數最高，而以「感到社工人員會帶來競爭壓力」平均數最低。
2、學校輔導教師與社工人員互動關係中「當輔導工作有需要時會求助於社工人員」平均數偏低，顯示輔導教師對社工人員服務尚不熟悉，不知如何請其協助輔導工作。
3、學校輔導教師與社工人員互動關係顯著受到「性別」、「年齡」、「輔導工作年資」、「服務學校區域」的影響。
4、學校輔導教師與社工人員互動關係受到「教育程度」、「教育背景」、「工作職掌」的影響並不顯著。

(二）學校輔導教師對社工人員的角色期待方面

1、學校輔導教師對社工人員介入學校服務顯著期待其扮演「轉介者」角色。
2、學校輔導教師對社工人員介入學校服務期待其扮演「測量者」的角色並不顯著。
3、學校輔導教師對社工人員的角色期待顯著受到「性別」、「年齡」、「工
作職掌」、「輔導工作年資」、「服務學校區域」的影響。
4、學校輔導教師對社工人員的角色期待受「教育程度」、「教育背景」、「服
務學校規模」的影響不顯著。

(三）互動關係對角色期待的影響方面

學校輔導教師與社工人員「互動關係」好壞，會對社工人員的「角色期待」產生顯著的影響。互動關係越好，學校輔導教師對社工人員就有越多的期望。

二、建議

（一）對教育體制面的建議
1、倡導多專業學校輔導團隊工作。
2、建立學校社會工作制度。
3、區隔專業輔導團隊成員的角色。

（二）對介入學校服務的社工人員建議
1、增強社工人員專業角色的養成教育。
2、加強社工人員對學校文化的了解。
3、扮好社工人員介入學校服務的角色。

（三）對學校輔導教師的建議
1、確立學校輔導教師在輔導工作上的角色分工。
2、多辦理學校輔導教師了解社工角色的研習。
3、開拓學校輔導團隊合作的空間。

（四）對未來研究的建議
1、研究範圍可擴大到全國各縣市各級學校。
2、研究對象方面擴及各級學校的學校輔導教師。
3、兼採個案研究法探討個別學校輔導教師對社工人員的角色期待。

The aim of this study is to discuss whether the personal character of the primary school counselor, its socialize factor and interaction relations have significant influence to the role expectation of the social working when intervening school service.
The result will be analyzed and proposed as a reference for social workers usage when intervening counseling work.
My research is based on the literature review of role theory. Through reviewing the articles and journals of what role should a social workers play when intervening school service, I wrote the questionnaire of “The role expectation from school counselor to social workers when intervening school service”, including the following three parts: interaction relations, role expectation and basic data. The target is the school counselors from 153 primary schools in Kaohsiung County, and 162 valid questionnaires were collected. Then based on the result, I used average, standard deviation, t 檢定and one-way ANOVA to analyze the data, and acquired the following results and suggestions.

A. The interaction relations between school counselors and social workers
1. The average on “Feel the passion of social worker” is the highest when the lowest falls on “Social workers create competition pressure.”
2. The average on “Will seek help from social workers when encounter needs during counseling work” is relatively low, indicating that the school counselors are not familiar with the service of social workers, so they do not know how to
ask for social worker’s assistance.
3. The interaction relations are significantly influenced by the factors of sex, age,counseling experience, and the region of school.
