本研究旨在設計適合國小學童一年級捷式游泳課程,提升學生游泳能力及了解學生對於游泳課程的感受,並希望藉此提升教師個人之專業成長。對象為國小一年級學生,男生14人,女生16人,共30人,採用分段教學法並以行動研究為方法,蒐集的資料包括:游泳測驗成績、學生游泳課程回饋單、教師省思札記等。經18週教學後所得結果如下:一、有效提升國小一年級學童捷式游泳能力 ( t=-7.14. p<.05) 達顯著水準。二、學生在情意方面,大部份學生對游泳課程表示高度喜歡,也對捷式游泳課程表示高度接受。三、研究者藉由捷式游泳課程之設計、實施、反省和修正的行動歷程,也提升教師個人之專業成長。最後,研究者依據研究歷程心得與研究結果,在捷式游泳課程設計、游泳教師專業素養及未來相關研究方面提出建議,期盼促進國內游泳教學效能。
The study aims to design a crawl stroke teaching that is suitable for elementary school students in stage one. Through this class, the researcher hopes to enhance student swimming ability and understand how the students feel about the swimming class. By these, the researcher also hopes to improve professional development as a teacher. This curriculum is adopted phaslized teaching method and used action research as methodology. The subjects are 30 grade 1 students, with 14 boys and 16 girls in total. The collected resource includes swimming test scores, student feedback for the swimming class, and the teacher’s journals. After implementing this curriculum for 18 weeks, the result shows that first, the curriculum significantly enhances stage-one student crawl stroke ability. Second, in terms of affection, most students have highly interest in swimming class, and they also have highly acceptance in crawl stroke class. Third, the researcher improves his professional development as a teacher through the process of designing, implementing, reflecting, and correcting the crawl stroke curriculum. Last but not least, based on the process of doing this study and its result, the researcher has several pieces of advice for crawl stroke curriculum design, a swimming teacher’s professionalism and future study. Also, he or she expects this study could help improve swimming education in Taiwan.
