安置少女在園教育復原力之研究﹘以衛生福利部少年之家為例

A Study of Educational Resilience in Female Juveniles at Residential Institutions: Adolescents' Home, Ministry of Health and Welfare as an Example

摘要


本研究旨在探討安置少女之在園教育復原力現況,採用問卷調查法,並運用研究者自編之「在園教育復原力問卷」,進行衛生福利部少年之家安置少女之全體普查,共計126份正式問卷回收資料,並運用t-test與ANOVA來考驗不同背景變項之安置少女,其在園教育復原力的差異情形;另以立意取樣挑選10位有意願者接受訪談之安置少女,以半結構化的方式進行訪談,以獲得輔助性之質性資料並增加量化結果的深度。   綜合歸納所有研究資料,本研究得到以下結論: 一、少家安置少女對其在園教育復原力的看法偏向高分 二、少家安置少女之背景變項,對其在園教育復原力之看法差異 (一)滿18歲以上的安置少女,在全量表及情緒調節能力上有較差的得分。 (二)安置少女安置的時間越久、考取證照越多,有較高的樂學敬業得分。 (三)安置少女曾有生產或引產經驗者,在問題解決能力、效能感得分較高。 (四)安置少女有接受補救教學者,在全量表、樂學敬業、問題解決能力、希望與樂觀的態度、效能感上有較高的得分。 三、訪談結果如下 (一)安置少女在人際互動、樂學敬業、堅持力上,使用的觀點不同。 (二)人際互動是安置少女最重視的議題。 (三)安置於少家後,少女偏向變得比較樂觀、較有目標感並有正向的改變。

The purpose of this study is to understand educational resilience of female juvenile delinquents in a residential institution. A self-made questionnaire has been utilized to understand perspectives of female juveniles from the Adolescents’ Home hosted by Ministry of Health and Welfare. By performing t-tests and analysis of variance (ANOVA) on 126 formal questionnaires collected in the first two months of 2019, the differences of educational resilience shown by female juvenile delinquents between varied demographic characteristics were revealed. Semi-structured interviews with 10 of these female juveniles were also conducted to obtain qualitative data for adding depth and context to the quantitative results. General conclusions are summarized as below: 1.These female juveniles tend to have high scores of educational resilience. 2.The female juveniles with varied background show different perspectives on their educational resistance at the institution. 2-1The juveniles who are over the age of 18 show poorer total scores and emotional adjustment ability than those who are under the age of 18. 2-2The longer the juveniles have been resettled, and the more licenses they have received, the more appreciation of being educated in the institution was shown. 2-3The juveniles who had experienced in childbirth or in abortion show higher scores on problem-solving ability and on efficacy than those had no such experience. 2-4The juveniles who have received remedial teaching show higher total scores, and higher scores on dedication, problem-solving ability, hope and optimism, and efficacy than those have not participated in such course. 3.Qualitative data is shown below: 3-1The juveniles show different perspectives on several aspects, especially on the interpersonal interaction, dedication, and persistence. 3-2The most emphasized issue raised by them is interpersonal ineraction. 3-3After being resettled in the institution, the juveniles tend to be more optimistic, more targeted, and to have positive changes.
