隨著當今經濟發展全球化的趨勢,企業為了拓展經營版圖、找尋新市場的利基、發展國際管理能力、深化專業知識與掌握關鍵技術,必須轉變經營型態的以肆應更為激烈的競爭,因此,對於外派人員的需求勢必增加。 企業要如何有效管理外派人員,使其能有良好的競爭力與績效表現;並藉由組織的力量,在資源有限的條件下建立起有符合期待的支持系統,提供更為實質的協助,進而提高外派意願。 本次研究方法採用資料蒐集、訪談整合分析,文獻資料蒐集,包括學術期刊、論文、政府統計資料等,以利先行了解外派工作定義、企業外派現況及組織支持的方式,並進一步以3位來自不同組織的全職工作者為此次研究對象,經由訪談的過程了解到外派工作與組織支持方式在過去與現今間各個面向之差異,再將資料進行分析、歸納,進而探究人員於外派過程中所面臨之各項挑戰,以及組織在支持系統建立、運作上的機制及可供精進的具體作法。
