亞洲各國升學與就業的文憑考量之下,台灣教育制度始終無法擺脫升學主義與制式教學的桎梏。一味注重認知學習,卻忽略情意與技能,促使音樂課程成為被犧牲的課程。為因應全球教改潮流定提升整體國民素質與國家競爭力。我國國小課程標準已倡導學生應參與更多課外活動、達成多元學習。本研究即以新竹某國小為研究對象,探討音樂性社團與國小學生之音樂學習過程,希望了解藉由培養兒童音樂教育基礎後,是否能提高學生學習興趣,從而增加其音樂內涵及素質。 透過質性訪談後,歸納國小音樂社團支管樂團所進行音樂培養教育結論為:(一)、落實國小音樂教育與建立樂團特色。(二)、管樂團組訓模式偏重基礎練習並重視能力培養。(三)、專業的教學師資為雅音國小管樂團崛起的重要因素。(四)、管樂團面臨家長期望心理、經費有限及設備需更新困境。同時亦依照研究結論提出建議,包括:(一)、增加網路社群宣傳與連結,讓音樂教學理念有所傳遞,讓更多喜愛音樂的人士能夠共同參與。(二)、提升企業與民間贊助意願,並進一步強化贊助意願。(三)、強化社區關係連結網絡,或許可與社區或不同性質社團加以連結,讓音樂與多元化有更多連結關係。(四)、為提升專業能力更精進演奏技巧及台風,可開設個別課或大師班,並邀請職業管樂團或管樂演奏家加入。
Taiwan's education system has never been able to get rid of the shackles of admissions that because the consideration of the diploma of admission and employment in Asian countries. The music course was sacrificed due to paying attention to cognitive learning and ignoring affection and skills. In order to respond to the global education reform trend, the overall national quality and national competitiveness will be improved. Our country’s elementary school curriculum standards have advocated that students should participate in more extracurricular activities to achieve diverse learning. This research takes a elementary school in Hsinchu as the research object to explore the music learning process of musical clubs and elementary school students, hoping to understand whether the development of children’s music education foundation can increase students’ interest in learning, thereby increasing their musical content and quality. After qualitative interviews, the conclusions of music training and education conducted by the branch orchestra of elementary school music clubs are summarized as follows: (1) Implement elementary school music education and establish orchestra characteristics. (2) The training mode of the wind orchestra emphasizes basic practice and emphasizes ability training. (3) Professional teaching faculty is an important factor in the rise of Yayin National Small Wind Orchestra. (4) The symphony band faces the dilemma of parents' expected psychology, limited funds and the need to update equipment. At the same time, suggestions are made based on the research conclusions, including: (1) Increase online community publicity and links, so that the concept of music teaching can be conveyed, and more people who love music can participate together. (2) Enhance corporate and private sponsorship willingness and further strengthen sponsorship willingness. (3) Strengthen the connection network of community relations, or allow to connect with communities or associations of different nature, so that music and diversification have more connections. (4) In order to enhance professional skills and improve performance skills and typhoons, individual classes or master classes can be offered, and professional wind orchestras or wind musicians can be invited to join.
