國民中小學校長課程領導之研究 : 以新竹縣為例

摘要


本研究旨在探討新竹縣公私立國民中小學校長課程領導之現況、所遭遇各項困難問題以及解決途徑,並瞭解不同的變項對校長課程領導之認知差異,以作為國民中小學校長、主管教育行政機關 ?其他相關單位或人員之參考。 基於本研究發現,歸納出以下七項結論: 一、校長課程領導策略包括樹立課程領導楷模等六項。其重要性以 樹立課程領導楷模為最高;建立持續性回饋改善機制最低。 二、校長課程領導實際上採用的策略以樹立課程領導楷模居先,建 立持續性回饋改善機制殿後。 三、校長在課程領導上應有的角色任務包括建構學校願景及課程目 標等六項。其重要性以促進學校成員專業成長為最高;落實課程推動保 障學習品質最低。 四、校長在課程領導上實際落實的角色任務以建構學校願景及課程 目標最高,落實課程推動保障學習品質最低。 五、校長課程領導遭遇到的困難包括校長課程領導專業不足等二十 六項,其中以成員工作負荷過重影響課程發展時間最嚴重,校長不重視 課程領導最不明顯。 六、校長在課程領導上解決問題之途徑包括校長加強時間管理等三 十項,其中以加強與家長及社區溝通以取得支持與認同最高,將課程發 展績效列入校長考核認同度最低。 七、不同背景變項對校長課程領導的看法雖有個別差異,惟整體而 言仍屬大同小異。均認為各項校長課程領導策略及角色任務相當重要, 校長在實際執行上亦能經常做到。至於在校長課程領導困難及解決途徑 之認知上亦大致相同,尤其在認知較高及較低之選項。 關鍵字:國民中小學校長;校長課程領導

The purpose of this research is to discuss present situation of the curriculum leadership of public or private elementary and middle schools principals in Hsinchu County as well as their encounters with varied difficulties and problems and their finding ways to the solution. At the same time, to understand variation towards the cognitive difference of the curriculum leadership of principals. So it can be the reference for elementary and middle schools principals, educational administration and other relative sections or members. Based on the discoveries of this research, eleven conclusions are derived as follows: 1. The strategies of curriculum leadership of principals include six items, such as setting up model of curriculum leadership. Regarding to the importance among these six items, the most important one is the setting up model of curriculum leadership while building up continuing feedback and strategic improvement is ranked the least. 2. In actual fact, setting up model of curriculum leadership takes the first place in the curriculum leadership of principals, and building up continuing feedback and strategic improvement brings up the rear. 3. The missions of the role in the curriculum leadership of principals include six items, such as constructing school prospect and the curriculum goal. Regarding to the importance among these six items, the most important one is promoting professional growth of school members while impelling the curriculum implementation and ensuring learning quality is ranked the least. 4. As a matter of fact, constructing school prospect and the curriculum goal is taken the highest position, and impelling the curriculum implementation and ensuring learning quality is ranked the lowest. 5. The encounter of difficulties in curriculum leadership of principals includes twenty six items, such as the insufficiency of professional development. Among these twenty six items, the most serious problem that affects the curriculum development is the overloaded working conditions of the school members. However, the negligible of curriculum leadership by principals is not the most obvious. 6. The ways of problem solving in curriculum leadership of principals Include thirty items, such as reinforcing time management of principals. Among these thirty items, the highest one is to strengthen the communication between parents and the community so as to obtain the support and the approval. The achievement of curriculum development as regarded in the evaluation of principals has the lowest consensus. 7. Although there exists the individual differences by the view of the variation in different background towards curriculum leadership of principals, in general there is as for the whole mostly the same. They all think that the strategies and duties of the role in curriculum leadership of principals are pretty importance. And principals can also achieve frequently in the actual execution. Moreover, they have much the same cognition in regarding to the difficulties and ways of solution in curriculum leadership, especially on the selections reflected the highest cognition and lowest cognition Keyword: elementary and middle schools principals;curriculum leadership of principals
