幼兒園教保服務人員激勵與保健因素之研究

摘要

This research aims to explore the motivation factors of preschool educators and h ygiene Factors and examined whether thei r motivation l factor and hygiene factor varied bybackground variables. The sample comprised of preschool educator s in Tainan use questionna ires for testing A total of 261 valid responses were obtained, and the valid response rate was 75.%. These responses were analyzed using descriptive statistics ,factor analysis, one way ANOVA,Scheffe's test. T his study were summarized as the following 1. The preschool educator of motivation factors, the highest scored on all levels for "work challenge", while the score for "appreciation" was the lowest. 2. The preschool educator of hygiene factors,the highest scored on all levels for " salary ", while the score for " welfare system " was the lowest. 3. The p reschool educator in the kindergarten with more classes scored higher on the level of "work accomplishment" than those with fewer classes. 4.
