以紫式決策分析建構隱形眼鏡自動化檢驗設備供應商決策模型

摘要


隱形眼鏡的製造是具有其獨特性的產業,隨著消費者使用習慣的改變,台灣的軟性隱形眼鏡製造廠的產能近幾年逐步成長,以應付日益增大的國外市場需求,在競爭者愈來愈多的情況下,如何降低成本以及降低檢驗人力成為影響廠商營運的重要關鍵因素。 近幾年,雖然持續有新的軟性隱形眼鏡製造者投入該領域,但台灣的製造業者至今尚未完全克服人工檢驗的技術,後段檢驗製程需使用大量的人力。儘管業者紛紛花費大量資金投入自動化檢驗設備的開發,但台灣市面上仍沒有適合大部分隱形眼鏡業者所適用的自動化檢驗設備。而此類檢驗設備的開發,目前仍是許多隱形眼鏡製造業者所希望獲得改善的課題。 本研究以紫式決策分析為基礎,分析自動化檢驗設備開發的各項關鍵因子,並利用分析層級程序法(Analytic Hierarchy Process , AHP)評估各屬性之權重關係,以架構自動化檢驗設備供應商的評選模型,藉以降低開發設備的失敗風險,節省開發成本,以期解決長期以來檢驗人力上大量缺工的問題。

Contact lens manufacturing is a unique industry. Due to soft contact lens has become the most popular type of contact lenses, the sales market and production capacity has been growing fast in recent years. In order to fulfill the rapidly growing needs in the international market, it is important to reduce material costs and manpower demand for soft contact lenses manufacturers in Taiwan to dominate the market. Although, there are more and more companies join the contact lens industry in recent years,they all faces the same challenges that needs a lot of workforce on back-end inspection process of manufacturing. All the contact lens companies have not yet overcome the need of manual inspections. Some of the companies have invested a lot of money in developing automated inspection equipment. However, there is no suitable automation inspection equipment for most contact lens manufacturer in Taiwan. Taiwan’s contact lens firms are still requiring more research and development on automation inspection equipment This research aims to analyze various key factors of automated inspection equipment development by proposing a method using UNISON framework for decision analysis as a foundation, and using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to assess the properties in order to construct an automated inspection equipment supplier selection model. By this method, it is able to reduce the risk of automated inspection equipment development save development costs, and also resolve the problem of lack of manpower in the back-end inspection process.
