台灣是四面環海的美麗海島,因位處亞熱帶地區而形成特殊的海島型氣候,夏季溼熱、冬季濕冷,這樣的氣候條件與地形環境,造就出生態豐富而獨立的生物多樣性地區,應予珍惜。奈何政府的國土規劃並未珍重自然生態環境,城市與風景名勝地區過度開發的結果,不僅島嶼內的有限資源受到破壞而逐步耗盡,近年來極端氣候所造成的天災,更不斷加速掏空寶島的自然資源。如何維護土地、自然資源並使生態永續發展,乃成為現今刻不容緩的目標。建築,是構築人類生活根本場域的百年大業,建築業也是台灣經濟景氣的火車頭,因為,一棟建築從土地取得、設計、興建到永續使用,包納了無數大小型經濟個體的活動。好的建築對週遭環境的影響相當深遠,好的建築並不是由富麗堂皇的建材所堆砌而成,而應回歸到以人為本、節能永續的生態環保理念,而建築週遭環境若能善加規劃,不論是植栽綠化或自種無毒蔬果,均能使人回歸自然安康的生活,因此本論文嘗試從能源自給自足的角度來介紹及分析強調「生態、節能、減廢、健康」的綠建築社區,並為可行性評估,以圖未來逐步達成環保新生活的進化,真正實現非核家園的理想國。
ABSTRACT Taiwan is a beautiful island surrounded by the sea, which located in subtropical regions that format a special island climate, heat in summer, cold and wet in winter. Such weather conditions and terrain make it become a rich and independent region with ecological biodiversity, which should be cherished. However, the government does not pay attention to the natural ecological environment in territorial planning. Over-exploitation of the urban and scenic areas, result in the limited resources of the islands destroyed gradually. The natural disasters caused by extreme weather in recent years, emptying the natural resources of Taiwan progressively. How to maintain the natural resources of our land and make sustainable development of the ecosystem, become an urgent goal today. Architecture, build a century great plan of human’s fundamental life. The construction industry also plays a role like a locomotive of Taiwan's economic boom. There are countless economic activities of constructing a building, from land acquisition, design, construction to sustainable use. The impact on the surrounding environment of good architecture is quite far-reaching. Good architecture is not piled up with grandeur materials, but should return to the concept about people-oriented, energy-efficient and sustainable eco-friendly. If we can have good plan of architectural surroundings, whether planting green fruits or vegetables of non-toxic, can make people return to nature and peaceful life. This paper tries to introduce a green new life of carbon reduction and make assessment about constructing a self-sufficient greet community of energy, from the perspective that highlights "ecology, energy conservation, waste reduction, healthy" for future plans to the real utopia of non-nuclear homeland.
