情緒．生長－面對陰影走出自我 廖嘉儀陶藝創作論述

本創作論述為筆者對於自己負面情緒的探討。對於負面情緒的產生，自己總是逃避，害怕面對這些情緒的真實面，但也意識到壓抑情緒所導致在生活上的不愉快及影響，因此藉由創作的過程，來追尋自己不想面對的陰影，也達到完整的自我接納。筆者藉由第二章學理基礎與相關研究，以筆者的創作背景與動機到創作實踐的過程，分別由｢卡夫卡的希望與絕望｣、｢波特萊爾的反抗｣、｢當代陶藝發展脈絡｣、｢相關文獻探討｣以及｢相關藝術家探討｣來進行探討後，體認到面對負面情緒對自己的影響，也更了解自己如何的去接受。第三章的創作理念與表現形式，以筆者當下所面對情緒的困擾到面對及自我接受，藉由這個過程以陶藝來表現創作。這兩個過程轉述在〈抑〉、〈衍〉兩系列作品中。系列一以〈抑〉系列作品所表現的是當下被情緒所困擾及壓抑。系列二以〈衍〉系列作品呈現意識到情緒在自己內心蔓延及影響。第四章媒材運用與技法分析分別介紹創作過程中所運用的媒材及作品製成的技法分析。第五章為兩系列作品的創作成果說明。第六章結論本創作論述及未來展望與建議。

This study discusses the review of the author’s negative emotions. Encountering such emotions, the author has always chosen to escape and feared to confront them, however, is conscious that a depressive mood may have resulted in an unpleasant life and influence. So, through the process of creation, will pursue herself to face the shadow and reach complete self-acceptance. In Chapter 2, the theoretical foundations and related research, with the author’s creative background and motivation to the practical creative process, differentiated as “ Kafka’s Hope and Despair“, “Baudelaire’struggle“, “History ofContemporary Ceramic Arts“, “ Literature Review“ and“Related artists“ to explore and recognize the negative effects of their own impact but also a better understanding of how to accept oneself. The third chapter is about creative ideas and forms of expression, with the author’s current face to face emotional distress and self-acceptance in the processof art creation. These two processes are described in“ Restraint“ and“ Deriving“, two series of works on the current situation. Series one “Restraint“shows the state of disturbance and depression. Series two“Deriving“ shows a sense of emotional spread in its own heart and influence. The fourth chapter uses finished materials and techniques in the introduction of the analysis of the creation process of media works and techniques. Chapter 5 relates to the creative achievements. Chapter 6 concludes the paper and discusses the future outlook and recommendations.
