本研究旨在探討國民小學教師對年金改革支持度與教師生涯承諾的現況及差異情形,探討國民小學教師年金改革支持度與教師生涯承諾的相關情形,以及國民小學教師年金改革支持度對教師生涯承諾的預測情形。研究方法為問卷調查法。研究對象為桃竹苗地區四縣市國民小學教師,共發出614份問卷,回收率93.4%,有效樣本共574份。問卷回收後分別以敘述統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關,以及逐步多元迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析。茲根據研究結果與分析歸納之研究結論如下: 一、教師對年金改革的支持度與教師生涯承諾現況普通,國小教師知覺達中等程度。 二、年齡30-39歲、服務年資19年以下的教師對整體年金改革支持度的知覺程度最高。 三、學校規模12班以下教師的整體教師生涯承諾知覺程度較高。 四、教師年金改革支持度與教師生涯承諾之間具有顯著正相關。 五、教師年金改革支持度與教師生涯承諾之間具有顯著預測力。 本研究根據結論,分別針對教育立法與行政機關、教師會團體、國小教師以及後續研究者提出若干建議。
The purpose of this study is first to explore the current situation and the differences of the support to annuity reform by elementary school teachers and teachers’ career commitment. Next, it aims to investigate the interrelationships between annuity reform by elementary school teachers and teachers’ career commitment. Finally, it examines the impact of elementary school teachers’ support to annuity reform on the teachers’ career commitment. The research method in this study is by questionnaire survey. The subjects are public elementary school teachers across Taoyuan County, Hsinchu County, Hsinchu City and MiaoLi County. The research handed out 614 questionnaires were distributed in the study, among of which were 574 questionnaires valid. The availability is 93.4%. The data is analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis. The findings based on the results of the research are as follows: 1. The elementary school teachers perceived medium level of the current status of teachers’ support to annuity reform and the career commitment. 2. Teachers who are 30-39 years old, less than 19 years of service get higher scores on the support to annuity reform. 3. Teachers who teach in the school scale less than 12 classes get higher scores on teachers’ career commitment. 4. There are positive correlations between the support to annuity reform and teachers’ career commitment. 5. The support to annuity reform has a high explanatory power on teachers’ career commitment. According to the research findings, some suggestions are proposed for the reference of educational administration agencies, elementary school teachers, Teachers' association and research staff engaged in future related researches.
