新竹市國民小學教師情緒勞務與教學效能相關之研究

A Study on the Relationships between Teacher’s Emotional Labor and Teaching Effectiveness in Hsinchu Elementary Schools

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解新竹市國民小學教師情緒勞務與教學效能關係的實際情形,分析教師情緒勞務與教學效能間的關係,採用問卷調查法進行研究,有效問卷回收數318份,透過描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關及逐步多元迴歸分析等方法分析資料,研究結果如下: 一、新竹市國民小學教師情緒勞務現況呈現中高度的知覺度。 二、新竹市國民小學教師教學效能現況呈現中高度的知覺度。 三、新竹市國民小學教師對教師情緒勞務的知覺,會因年齡、服務年資及教育程度之不 同而有顯著差異。 四、新竹市國民小學教師對教學效能的知覺,會因性別、教育程度及學校規模之不同而 有顯著差異。 五、新竹市國民小學教師知覺教師情緒勞務與教學效能,兩者間存有顯著正相關。 六、新竹市國民小學教師在教師情緒勞務之五個層面中,以「情緒勞務規範」對教師教 學效能整體最具有預測力。 本研究基於上述研究結果,分別針對教育行政機關、學校行政單位、國小教師以及未來之研究提出建議,以供參考。

The purpose of this study was to understand the actual situation of the elementary school teacher’s emotional labor and teaching effectiveness in Hsinchu City, and analysis of the relationship between teacher’s emotional labor and teaching effectiveness. The use of the questionnaire study, the number of 318 valid questionnaires were collected. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent-sample t test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson’s correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis, research results are as follows: 1. Elementary school teacher’s emotional labor presents the status of a medium degree of perception of the degree in Hsinchu City. 2. Elementary school teacher’s teaching effectiveness presents the status of a medium degree of perception of the degree in Hsinchu City. 3. There is a significant difference among background variable perception toward emotional labor in age, years of service, education level for the elementary school teachers in Hsinchu City. 4. There is a significant difference among background variable perception toward teaching effectiveness in gender, education level, school size for the elementary school teachers in Hsinchu City. 5. The elementary school teacher’s emotional labor and teaching effectiveness in Hsinchu City have a positive correlation. 6. The teacher’s emotional labor rules in the elementary school in Hsinchu City has great predictive power toward teaching effectiveness behavior. According to the research results, the suggestions were made for educational administra- tive institutions, school administrative departments, elementary school teachers, and future academic studies.
