本研究旨在探討桃園市國小教師專業成長與教學效能之現況;以及瞭解不同背景變項下,桃園市國小教師在專業成長與教學效能之差異情形;並探討桃園市國小教師專業成長與教學效能之相關情形與預測力。 本研究以桃園市的國小教師為研究對象,以問卷調查為研究方法,共計發出530份問卷,回收的有效問卷為510份。調查所得結果以算術平均數、標準差、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關、逐步多元迴歸分析等方法進行統計分析,根據研究結果歸納以下結論: 一、桃園市國小教師的專業成長現況整體而言屬於中上程度,其中以「專業態度」 為最佳。 二、桃園市國小教師的教學效能現況整體而言達到中上程度,其中以「班級經營 與管理」表現最佳。 三、51歲以上、任教年資16-20年、教師兼主任、最高學歷為師範院校及研究 所(含碩博士、四十學分班)、學校規模6班(含)以下、偏遠地區之桃園市國 小教師,在專業成長的知覺情形較佳。 四、擔任教師兼主任、6班(含)以下、偏遠地區之桃園市國小教師在教學效能知 覺程度較佳。 五、桃園市國小教師專業成長知覺程度越高,則教學效能愈好。 六、桃園市國小教師專業成長可預測教學效能,其中以「班級經營」的預測程度 最高。 最後,根據上述研究結論提出具體建議,以供教育主管機關、學校單位、國小教師及未來研究之參考。
The purposes of this study were to investigate the relationship between teacher’s professional growth and teaching effectiveness of elementary school teachers in Taoyuan City, and related factors that affect their decisions. Firstly, the related literatures were reviewed to establish the theoretical framework. Then the questionnaire survey was conducted for collecting data. The sampled subjects were 510 related teachers drawn from elementary school teachers in Taoyuan City. The content of questionnaire composed of teachers’ background, teachers’ professional growth and teaching effectiveness.The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, one way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, multiple stepwise regression. The conclusions of this study were as follows: 1. The current status level of professional growth of teachers is with a moderate inclination, especially on the dimension of professional attitude. 2. The current status level of teaching effectiveness of teachers is with a moderate inclination, especially on the dimension of classroom management. 3. The current status of teachers professional growth appeared significant differences among the following teachers’ background variables: age, year of service, job category, educational background, and characteristic of schools. 4. The current status of teaching effectiveness appeared significant differences among the following teachers’ background variables: job category and characteristic of schools. 5.This study found teachers professional growth have a positive effect on teaching effectiveness. 6. Professional growth is predictable to teaching effectiveness for elementary school teachers in Taoyuan City,especially “classroom management” is the most predictable. Finally, some recommendations for education authorities, school administration, elementary school teachers and further study were suggested.
