摘要


論文摘要 近來半導體業快速掀起中國大陸紅色供應鏈威脅的生存危機,從IC設計、晶圓製造、晶片封裝到封裝成品測試均可以明顯感受到大陸國家隊的巨大壓力;因此本研究將以設計思維( Design Thinking)為主軸,從使用者的角度切入,並運用價值定位的工具為基礎,結合台灣的記憶體產品與測試公司的資源,本研究將提出可以協助半導體之記憶體產業降低封裝成品測試成本、提升產業競爭力的記憶體封裝成品測試解決方案。 本研究參考Jon Kolko (2015) 提出的 "Design Thinking”、英國設計學會( Design Council, 2005) 提出的 " Double-Diamond" 及 Osterwalder 等人提出的 " Value Proposition Design" 為基礎,以發掘顧客價值為出發點,從顧客洞察開始(Discover),概念發想與定義問題(Define),產品或服務設計(Develop),到服務的展開(Deliver),再搭配 Value Proposition Design 中顧客素描(Customer Profile)與價值地圖(Value Map)的適配(Fit),推演出能滿足顧客任務、解決顧客的痛點並滿足顧客期望的解決方案。 很多企業無論對設計思維、顧客價值定位均熟悉並且瞭解其重要性,但真正要應用到其產品或服務時卻常面臨不知從何開始或不確定其行業是否能適用的疑慮,本研究提出了發展流程,並以實際個案之開發流程為案例,逐一引導讀者進入設計思維的藍海,期對欲導入設計思維的團隊有所啟發。 關鍵字:設計思維、價值定位、記憶體、測試解決方案。

Abstract Recently, the semiconductor industry in mainland China quickly set off red supply chain crisis that threaten the survival of the Taiwan’s semiconductor value chains. From the IC design, wafer manufacturing, chip packaging to packaged product testing can clearly feel the pressure from mainland national team. This study will be based on design thinking process, start from the user's point of view, and use the value proposition tools .Combing with the resources of both Taiwan's memory product companies and memory testing houses to assist the memory IC industry with an aim to provide the innovated memory packaged product test solution to reduce memory packaged product test unit cost and enhance the competitiveness of memory industry. In this study, we reference "Design Thinking", the "Double-Diamond" and "Value Proposition Design" as the basis, to explore customer values . From customer insight (Discover), concept generation and problem definition (define), product or service design (Develop), to services delivery (Deliver).Then we integrate customer Profile and value map of Value Proposition. We hope to deduce our proposal to meet customer missions, solve customer pain points and meet customer expectations. Many enterprises are familiar with design thinking, customer value proposition and understand its importance. But it often met some problems in implementation, for example: how to start the process, not sure whether their product or service can be applied. This study presents the development process, as a actual case of best practice , to guide the reader into the blue ocean design thinking. As a result it can inspire the companies to adopt design thinking process. Keyword:Design Thinking、Value Proposition、Memory、Test solution。
