摘要

現今產品的多元化及產品的生命週期的減少，新產品開發時程縮短，企業必需用最短的時間將產品推出，才能使自身的產品在市場中佔有領先的地位，所以縮短新產品開發所需要的時間為企業最主要的課題。而採購活動在新產品開發流程中也佔有一個重要的角色，擁有足夠的知識可以減少新產品開發所需要花費的時間，因此如果可以透過知識管理來提供採購活動所需要的知識，那就可以減少新產品開發在採購活動所花費的時間。

本研究是以建立一個知識管理系統應用在新產品開發流程，管理包含了採購活動所需要的知識及文件，知識管理系統會依據新產品開發流程的階段去呈現各階段所需具備的知識，如果使用者覺得知識管理中預設的知識不足，那使用者可以應用搜尋的功能進行知識庫的搜尋，預設的知識對使用者而言是可以視為必備的知識，而搜尋的知識可視為輔助知識，使用者就可依據這些知識進行決策問題，而且使用者可以新增知識進入知識管理系統中增加資料庫的內容，資料庫中的知識也需要定期的更新才可確保知識的使用者可以得到最新的知識。並且藉由系統保留大量採購相關的供應商資料可以讓使用者可以更快速更準確的選擇出適當的供應商。

經由採購知識管理系統的建立，可以快速的讓使用者找到所需要的知識，可藉由不斷的更新資料庫中可以讓新產品開發的時間縮短，提升企業在新產品開發上的競爭力。

Because of the need of more product variety and reduced product life cycle, the lead time of new product development (NPD) has to be shortened. How to introduce the new product into market in the shortest time period has become an important issue for an enterprise to achieve a leading position in the market. Since procurement is one of the key components of the NPD process, if the related knowledge about procurement can be provided by an effective knowledge management system, the time spent on procurement in NPD can be reduced efficiently.
The knowledge management system built in this study contains the knowledge and document for the procurement in the NPD process. This system can provide the knowledge for different stages of the NPD process. If a user needs more knowledge, he can use a keyword to search the related knowledge in the system. The default knowledge is necessary and the user-search knowledge is a further support to a user. User can make good decisions base on the provided knowledge by the system. The knowledge need to be updated on a regular basis to make sure the validity of the knowledge. A user can also choose a suitable supplier for a component, which plays an important role in the NPD process.
A user can find knowledge related to procurement knowledge management quickly and conveniently. Through continuous updating of the knowledge system, it can reduce the NPD time, which is the key to compete in the market.
