摘要

台灣由於終端產品製造商群聚，系統製造商與元件供應端關係密切，提供IC設計公司非常好的發展機會，事實上台灣數位IC設計產業的發展非常成功，但電源管理IC設計產業是遠遠落後。本研究以產業分析的方式將產業現況，產品差異，Fabless優劣勢，技術能力瓶頸，人力資源管理，財務運用等因素加以分析，推論出類比IC設計產業突破現況大成長的策略。

Abstract
Since the end-product manufacturers in Taiwan cluster, system manufacturers have close relationship with components suppliers. As a result, IC design companies own very good opportunities. In fact, the development of digital IC design industry in Taiwan is very successful, but power management IC design industry is far behind.
This study adopted industry analysis to analyze industry status, product differentiation, the advantages and disadvantages of fabless, technical capacity constraints, human resources management, finance and other factors. And this study used those data to infer the strategy of breakthrough and a dramatic growth in analog IC design industry.
