以檯燈設計為實例之發光二極體照明分析

摘要


隨著人類文明發展,照明已經廣泛地應用在人類生活中,因此消耗在照明上的能源也逐年增加。目前市售照明燈具之光源多為白熾燈泡或螢光燈管,面對照明能源消耗量及能源短缺問題,必須發展出更省電、環保的照明技術。高亮度白光LED具有高效率、耗電量低、使用壽命長等特點,且造成環境衝擊性較小,將其應用在照明上,在節約能源和環境保護上都是很好的選擇。而燈具設計中最重要的就是光學設計,首要任務為充分瞭解光源配光,透過光度量測實驗取得光源之配光資料,再依此資料在光學軟體中建立模擬光源,並加上其他光學元件,進行光線追跡模擬分析,如此才能得到準確的模擬成果。本論文發展出一套LED檯燈設計流程:先量測LED光源光強度以取得光源配光,接著在電腦輔助光學軟體中建立模擬用光源,確認模擬光源與實驗結果相符,並研究照明法規及照明設計文獻,利用光學軟體輔助進行檯燈設計,期待能設計出環保節能、符合法規之檯燈。

In the development of civilization, illumination has been widely applied in human life along with increasing energy consumption year by year. Yet, since most light sources in the market are incandescent or fluorescent lamps, the needs for reduction in illumination energy due to energy shortage have enforced the development of energy efficient and environment friendly techniques. Due to the advantages in high efficiency, low power consumption, long performance life of high brightness white-light LED, applications of LED in illumination would be promising in both energy-saving and environmental protection areas. Optical design is most important in lamp design with the primary objective in candela distribution of the light sources. By obtaining the candela distribution data via luminous intensity measurements, simulations of light sources with optical analysis programs have based upon the measured data and other optical elements so that light-ray trace can be simulated. In this thesis, procedures for LED desk lamp design have been devised with first step in candela measurements of luminous intensity of the light sources. Secondly, simulation models of light sources are established into a simulation program with experimental verifications. Finally, a desk lamp is designed by using the optical analysis program so that the design could satisfy energy-saving, environment-friendly and JIS regulations.
