隨著近年來全球能源價格高漲開始,具有節能優勢的LED就成為大眾所看好的明星產業。目前市面上照明產品種類繁多,其主要以光源的改變(如白熾燈、螢光燈、LED)與燈具的形狀(如拋物、橢圓、雙曲面)、型態(直接照射、間接照明、漫射照明)的改變為主要設計趨勢。 本文探討藉由共焦橢球體及拋物體之LED光引擎及光發射角設計,本研究利用橢球體與拋物體之共焦性質加以組合,並利用SolidWorks繪製建模和TracePro進行光學分析。 本研究探討橢球體尺寸與光源尺寸大小分別對光發射角之影響,並探討橢球體傾斜對光發射角之影響。本研究另探討光源偏移對光發射角之影響,本探討包括模擬與實驗驗證。
As the global energy are limited, LED lighting is getting favored by the public due to the energy saving. Currently the lighting products are of variety on the market. The products are varied for different light sources (e.g., incandescent, fluorescent, LED ), lamp shapes (e.g., parabola, ellipsoid, and hyperbola), and lighting approaches (e.g., direct lighting, indirect lighting, and scattering lighting). This paper considers design of the emitted angle of a con-focal ellipsoid and parabola LED light engine. This study designs a con-focal mechanism of ellipsoidal and parabola reflectors. The mechanism is designed and constructed by using the SolidWorks software and the associated optical simulation is done using the TracePro software. Different sizes of the ellipsoids and the LED light sources as well as the oblique angles of the ellipsoids are studied. Their effects on the emitting angle of the light engine are investigated. This study also considers the effects due to the light source offsets on the emitting angle. This study also discusses the light offset and the effects on the emitting angle. Simulation and experimental verification are both conducted in this study.
