許多重要的研究顯示產品製造流程中,節省成本最有效的方法就是產品元件的簡化。本研究發展出一套創新的簡約設計流程,系統性地整合了萃思方法與價值工程,量化的方式有效地找出產品元件刪減的優先性,然後利用萃思工具作產品元件功能的轉移。本研究將以防身警示器、多功能登山杖為例示範此整合性的流程。 本研究的貢獻含:1)提出一套系統化整合萃思方法與價值工程理論的產品簡約設計流程,以數理的方法決定產品元件的簡化順序較為客觀; 2) 建立一個新的功能敘述分析表格清楚定義功能屬性分析中系統各元件完整的相互關係; 3) 簡約設計流程有效地將不同功能的子系統整合為一個新的產品,降低成本,增加產品價值,未來可延伸應用於專利迴避。
The research for significant cost-saving effects that characterize major process to simplify products. This research presents a systematic methodology for product simplicity design through an integration of the Theory of Invention Problem Solving (TRIZ) with Value Engineering. Application of this combined approach is illustrated through case studies of a safety buzzer and a multifunctional climbing stick. The contributions of this research include: 1) Presenting a systematic methodology for product simplicity design through an integration of the Theory of Invention Problem Solving (TRIZ) with Value Engineering, and identifying the simplicity priority with the mathematical method objectively; 2)Establishing a novel Function Statement Form thoroughly describing the relationship of all the system components of each other ; 3) Integrating different sub-systems with familiar attributes as a whole new product effectively for decreasing cost, adding product value, and the future analytical studies of the patent evasion.
