High Efficiency White Organic Light-Emitting Diodes Using a Novel Iridium(III) (dibenzo[f,h]quinoline)2(pentane-2,4-dionate)

以新穎銥錯合物製備高效率白光有機發光二極體

摘要


本研究成功利用一新穎銥錯合物磷光綠光染料iridium (dibenzo[f,h]quinoline)2(pentane-2,4-dionate) ((Dbzq)2Ir(acac)),透過溶液製程,製作一系列高效率單發光層三波段白光有機電致發光二極體元件;研究發現,以(Dbzq)2Ir(acac)為綠光染料(dye)、bis[2-(2’-benzothienyl)-pyridinato-N,C3’](acetylacetonate)iridium(III)為紅光染料,摻混於以4,4’-bis(9-carbazolyl)-biphenyl與藍光染料bis(3,5-difluoro-2-(2-pyridyl)phenyl-(2-carboxypyridyl)iridium(III)所組成之共主體發光層時,可得高效率純白與泛白光元件;所製備元件中,亮度100 cd/m2下:純白光元件效率為7.7 lm/W,泛白光元件效率為9.5 lm/W,其1931國際照明標準委員會(Commission International de L’Eclairage,CIE)色座標分別為(0.34, 0.36)與(0.34, 0.39)。
