本研究主要在改善TRIZ中問題解決的部分中的前向思維(Forward Thinking)部分。將真實世界的問題,利用TRIZ中的工具功能分析(Function Analysis, FA )和功能關係分析(Function Relationship Analysis, FRA)做機會辨識和畫成其圖表FAD和FRD。再將圖表轉成因果衝突鏈分析(Cause-Effect & Contradiction Chain Analysis, CECCA),找出關鍵問題和解決問題的順序、對應的問題解答方式並利用修剪與簡約設計(Trimming)、物理衝突與分離原則(Physical contradictions and Separation principles)、矛盾矩陣與發明原則(Contradiction matrix and inventive principles)、Standard Solution、K/E DB、演化趨勢(Trend)和ARIZ-85的方法。最後,找出解決問題的辦法並解決其問題。 本研究之貢獻包括:(1) 提出一套遵循萃智系統性創新流程之解題步驟,整合複雜的TRIZ工具,整理並節省問題解決的時間;(2) 提出FA的八項基本衝突辨與其衝突辨識機制,創造新的FA解題指引;(3) 提出新的FRA解題指引,改善現有的解題指引,並增加不同的解題指引;(4)將因果鏈分析中不利功能的發生條件重新定義與分類,共分成且(AND)、或(OR)、結合(Combine)與新增的抑制(Inhibit),合計共四類。
This research improves the TRIZ problem solving part of the forward-thinking. This research use the Function Analysis(FA) and Function Relationship Analysis(FRA) to do opportunity identification ,and then draw the Function Analysis Diagram(FAD) and Function Relationship Diagram(FRD). It 's the diagrams convert the Cause-Effect & Contradiction Chain Analysis(CECCA), and then find the key disadvantages and the sequence of problem-solving. Finally, it solve this problem. The contributions of this research include: 1) Establishing an integrated TRIZ process with details tools which are FA, FRA, CECCA and other TRIZ tools; (2) Prove the eight basic contradictions of FA and identification method, and establishing the solution directives of FA; (3) Establishing and improving the solution directives of FRA solutions this project; (4) In CECCA, this research redefine the four classes, divided into AND, OR, Combine and Inhibit.
