企業社會責任(Corporate Social Responsibility, 簡稱CSR)已經是企業在永續經營目標下不可或缺的部分。本教學個案探討公司針對在台灣高齡社會下,企業如何結合公司產品優勢,透過產品服務創新的計劃,進而推動適合公司的CSR企業社會責任範疇,避免企業推動的CSR企業社會責任計劃流於形式或變成只是偶一為之。 本教學個案以國內一間汽車製造A公司為例,探討公司如何針對台灣高齡社會及行動不便者,設計企業社會責任的計劃,也特別針對公司對計劃方案進行評估的過程進行教學討論與演練,以落實CSR企業社會責任的精神,及如何與公司永續經營目標結合。
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has become an indispensable part of enterprises to achieve the goal of Corporate Sustainability. This research is a case study focusing on how the company combines the company's product advantages, through product and service innovation plans to contribute the suitable activities of corporate social responsibility for the aging society in Taiwan and the disable people , to avoid the promoted corporate social responsibility program becoming a formality or just occasionally. This research is a case study taking a domestic automobile manufacturing company A as an example to discuss how the company generates a corporate social responsibility plan for Taiwan’s aging society. It also specifically conducts teaching discussions and exercises on the evaluation process of the company’s plan, included the spirit of corporate social responsibility and how to integrate it with the company's sustainable business goals.
