摘要

伴隨著網路進步、資訊技術快速的發展，如何在企業與組織中達到知識、資訊有效的分享及傳遞，並有完善的管理資訊系統是一個重要的課題。
本研究基於業務人員的職務特性，並發展一套專供業務人員使用之行動業務輔助系統，使業務人員能從事即時資訊傳遞、快速查詢客戶、快速回應客戶、簡化客戶管理程序與提升工作效率。本研究以行動化客戶關係管理為基礎，結合無線網路機制的應用，及利用終端設備之特性，以達到個人化行動概念，進以提昇客戶關係管理的目標。

In this paper, we propose an on-line mobile assistant system for PDA. By utilizing this real-time response system, we expect that the salesmen of the enterprise can gain better throughputs and quickly response to the requests of customers.
