With the coming of the E-era, Today's teachers have to change the traditional methods into the high-technology ways to communicate with students and their parents. Therefore this study tries to carry out the E-type parent-teacher interaction by making use of the Personal Digital Assistant (PDA). Since PDA owns many functions such as wireless communication, word processing, address book, internet, and so on. It is easy for teachers to utilize the PDA to reach this goal with the benefits of convenience, real time, efficiency, and where less. In this study, the related characters, functions, H/S devices, procedures, and the interaction contents of PDA were developed and described. It is expected that teachers can innovate positively when technology changes. Also teachers can promote effectively the parent-teacher interaction in substitution for the style of tradition family contact book. Through this study, it is not only helpful to impetus and innovate the technical education but also advance the teaching and counseling potency.
