本研究旨在探究國中九年級學生在聯絡簿上所表達的內容及含意,透過聯絡簿中的文字訊息來瞭解此階段國中生的學習適應狀況、人格特質認同、以及研究者在師生互動過程中所獲得的專業成長省思,並藉由研究結果提出一些在教學現場上的建議給使用班級聯絡簿的教師參考。本研究採文本分析法,輔以研究者的省思日誌及輔導紀錄,以研究者一百零七學年度任教的國中九年級導師班學生為研究對象,對他們的九年級班級聯絡簿做文本分析,歸納結果後所得研究結論分述如下: 一、 國中九年級生的學習適應狀況大致上良好,惟學習習慣仍有待加強。 二、 國中生普遍認同的人格特質是: 隨和性高、外向性高、開放性高、神經穩定度高的人,嚴謹性高低的被接受度則視情況和事件的內容而定。 三、 教師可善用聯絡簿的多元功能,增進親師生關係、班級經營成效、並藉此察覺 自身的狀況。 本研究根據結論,分別針使用聯絡簿的教師以及後續相關研究提出建議。 關鍵詞: 聯絡簿、文本分析、學習適應、人格特質、師生溝通
The purposes of the study were to explore the content and its implications conveyed in communication books of ninth graders at a junior high school. Through the analysis of the content, information about students’ learning adaptation, personalities acknowledged by students and researcher’s professional reflections from the study could be obtained. And with the findings of the research, some suggestions have been made for those who use communication books and future research. Textual analysis was adopted for the study and participants were researcher’s ninth graders from homeroom class. Researcher’s reflection notes and counselling records were also taken into account for the study. Results indicated that students’ learning adaptation was basically good while their study habits still needed to be improved. People with the following personalities could be mostly acknowledged: emotional stability, extroversion, openness to experience, agreeableness, and conscientiousness. The multi-function communication books enable teachers to enhance class management and relationships among teachers, students and parents. Teachers could also benefit from the reflection coming from the research.
