智慧型手機發展在近幾年已成為手機界裡的主流產品,其推出的產品在速度上、創新上、應用上都讓消費者多了很多選擇而且驚豔。然而,各家企業要在最短的時間內推出這麼多款令人滿意的產品,新產品開發流程就顯的格外重要。本研究以新產開發流程來探討其間可改善之處為何,透過相關產品開發文獻的分析方式,再加上個案討論,最後提出一個新的開發流程。本案例是以H公司現有的開發流程為實例,從整個流程裡找出最需要改善的關鍵流程,同時為因應新產品推出的即時性,再加上消費者都希望拿到是一個穩定度高、功能性強的產品,因此,在個案研究中增加了一些新的創新元素,期望新產品開發流程進行大幅改善後,能夠符合未來不斷推陳出新的產品。
As the development of the technology, smart phones have become the main products in mobile phones. There are variety of smart phones with innovative device and incredible application at choice in the market. Therefore, if a brand company wants to manufacture different kinds of satisfied new products in the shortest time, the development process of new products would become very important. This study focuses on the improvement of development process of new products. We propose a development process through the literature related to product development, coupled with the case study. This case is based on the real example about development process in H company. Respond to the new products releasing instantly and customers’ need, high stability and functional products, we find the critical part which should be improved first from the entire process. In addition, this case adds some new innovative elements. We expect that in the future the development of new products would meet the need after it improved considerably.
