TFT面板廠雷射修補作業績效之改善

摘要


薄膜液晶顯示器因手機、平板等中小尺寸大幅應用後高解析度的產品需求大為提升,高解析度產品挑戰工廠的良率品質。在面板製作過程中因製程及環境因素造成玻璃面板有不良缺陷,故在產品製程完成後會進行全面性的檢測流程。 檢測站點需要大量人力進行目視檢驗找尋面板缺陷並進行修補使得面板良率得以提升,但複雜的專業製程及長時間的目視作業導致人員修補能力不佳,本研究針對修補機台的人機介面、教育訓練及作業環境進行改善。並以統計檢定來驗證改善因子對人員修補績效提升是否有顯著影響。 研究結果發現:(1) 人員操作的人機介面改善後使人員修補錯誤數顯著的下降(修補錯誤平均數由13.52下降至6.56)。(2)教育訓練教材改善導入後學科筆試成績提升5%。(3)訓練教材因子對於學科成績有顯著影響;人機介面與教育訓練對於修補錯誤率皆有顯著影響,但兩者之間無交互作用。(4)主觀評量結果顯示作業環境因子對於人員舒適度及視覺疲勞有相關聯。由於面板產業視良率提升為重要指標,國內外也甚少相關研究,故冀望此研究成果可以作為業界改善的方向。

Applications of the thin-film liquid crystal display on cell phones, tablet and other small and medium size have dramatically increases the product demand of high-resolution panels. In the panel production process, some manufacturing or environmental factors may cause defective glass panels. Therefore, a comprehensive testing process is necessary for each panel to complete of the product process. Detection sites require a lot of human visual inspection to find out and repair the defects so that the panel yield can be improved. However, the complex and lengthy processes of professional visual operations result in poor repair performance. This study focused on the improvements of human machine interface, training and operating environment. In addition, statistical tests were conducted to verify the improvement effects on repair performance. The results indicated that: (1) After the improvement of human interface, personnel repair errors have been decreased significantly (mean error repair decreased from 13.52 to 6.56). (2) After the improvement of training materials, academic written exam score have been increased by 5%. (3)Training materials has a significant impact on written exam scores. Either human interface or training material improvement significantly reduced repair errors, but there was no interaction effect. (4) Subjective assessment showed improvement in the operating environment increased personnel comfort and decreased visual fatigue. As the yield enhancement is an important indicator in TFT-LCD, and little research abroad, so we hope that this research can be improved as the direction of the industry.
