「話」畫一條幸福之路—藝術療育師的自我療癒歷程

摘要


這篇論文是透過藝術療育尋找自我、撫慰內在小孩的歷程。 身為一個特殊兒童的藝術療育師的筆者可以鼓勵孩子,卻安慰不快樂的自己,且無法自在地回原生家庭,筆者認為是因為自己敗犬的單身所致。於是筆者用藝術療育來自我療癒,並透過敘事治療與筆者的藝術創作進行對話。 在不斷創作和整理發現失戀只是表象,母親的不認同導致對自我的不認同,才是不快樂的緣由。隨著繪畫記錄的前進,慢慢找回自我。 結論是藝術創作對筆者而言不只是療育,延伸出來的助人能量,不但是自我認同的方向,更是一條用藝術創作畫出的幸福之路。

This thesis is a journey of self-discovery and soothing inner child through art therapy. As an art therapist for special children, I can encourage my children, bu I am unable to return to my original family comfortably. So the author uses art therapy for self-healing, and dialogues with the author's artistic creation through narrative therapy. In the continuous creation and sorting, it is found that lovelorn is only an appearance, and the mother's disapproval leads to disapproval of self-identity, which is the cause of unhappiness. With the progress of the painting record, slowly find self-identity. The conclusion is that for the author, artistic creation is a therapy,the extended helping energy is not only the direction of self-identification, but also a path of happiness drawn by artistic creation.
