本研究旨在探討樂齡學習中心靈性課程參與者生命意義感與幸福感之關係,透過文獻探討與實證研究結果,提出具體建議,以提供相關教育機構及未來研究之參考。 為達上述目的,本研究探用問卷調查法,以研究者編修之「樂齡學習中心靈性課程參與者生命意義感與幸福感之關係研究問卷」作為研究工具,並以新竹縣市樂齡學習中心為研究對象,共計發出970份問卷,其中有效樣本問卷為839份,經由SPSS統計軟體進行分析,獲致本研究之發現,並據此得出以下四項結論: 一、樂齡學習中心靈性課程參與者的生命意義感表現中上程度,尤其在 「意志與目標」構面最高 二、樂齡學習中心靈性課程參與者的幸福感表現中上程度,尤其在「心理幸福感」構面最高 三、樂齡學習中心靈性課程參與者的生命意義感會因為年齡、婚姻狀況以及宗教信仰構面的不同而有顯著差異 四、生命意義感對幸福感呈現正相關,生命意義感愈高,幸福感愈高;反之,則愈低,以「自我實現」分構面最具預測力
This research aims to explore the sense of life significance and happiness of senior citizens participant in the Spiritual courses at active aging learning centers by means of literature reviews as well as an empirical research in order to offer substantial suggestions both for the senior educational institutes and seniors and for the future studies. To achieve the researchpurposes, this research is conducted by a questionnaire survey.. The sampling subjects are the older adults at active aging learning centers participants in the spiritual learning courses at Hsinchu city and county. Among the 970 questionnaires sent out, 839 are valid samples. After the analysis of SPSS statistic, the study draws four major conclusions. 1.The degree of sense of lifeat active aging learning centers course participants was positive,especially in the "meaning and goal" dimension. 2.The degree of happiness showed at the active aging learning centers participants in the spiritual course was positive and the "psychological well-being" received highest scores. 3.Participnats’ meaning of life showed significant differences because of the different age, marital status and religious preferences. 4.Meaning of life for the well-being showed a positive correlation, the higher the sense of the meaning of life, hiher perception of happiness the "self-realization" has most predictive power.
