國民小學正向學校組織氣氛、穀倉效應與學校創新經營效能關係之研究─以桃園市為例

A Study on the Relationship among Positive School Organizational Climate, Silo Effect and School Innovation Management Effectiveness in Elementary School: Take Taoyuan City as an Example

摘要


本研究旨在探討桃園市國民小學正向學校組織氣氛、穀倉效應和學校創新經營效能之現況,分析不同背景變項之差異、相關情形,並瞭解三者因果關係。本研究採取的研究方法為問卷調查法,以桃園市184所公立國民小學教師為本研究母群體,分層比例便利抽樣選取859位教師為研究樣本,以自編之「正向學校組織氣氛、穀倉效應、學校創新經營效能問卷」為研究工具實施調查。資料處理以描述性統計、平均數分析、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、結構方程模式等統計方法進行資料分析。 本研究結果如下: 一、桃園市國民小學正向學校組織氣氛和學校創新經營效能之現況良好;而穀倉效應之現況偏低。 二、不同背景變項之教師對國民小學正向學校組織氣氛、穀倉效應和學校創新經營效能知覺有所差異。 三、國民小學正向學校組織氣氛、穀倉效應與學校創新經營效能呈現高度負相關及正相關。 四、國民小學正向學校組織氣氛、穀倉效應與學校創新經營效能三者之間具有影響關係,穀倉效應是正向學校組織氣氛與學校創新經營效能的中介變項。

This study is aimed to discuss the current situation, different background variables, correlations, and intermediary effect among positive school organization climate, silo effect, and school innovation management effectiveness of elementary schools in Taoyuan city. The method, involving the questionnaire survey is survey research. The approach in this study adopts questionnaires and uses stratified proportional convenience sampling to investigate 859 teachers that are from 184 elementary schools in Taoyuan city. Collected data is analyzed by the statistical methods of descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and SEM analysis. The major research findings of this study are as follows: 1. Positive school organization climate and school innovation management effectiveness of elementary schools perceived by the teachers from elementary schools in Taoyuan city are significantly above theoretical average, but silo effect perceived by them is below theoretical average. 2. Teachers with different background variables have significantly different perception in positive school organization climate, silo effect, and school innovation management effectiveness of elementary schools. 3. There is a high correlation between every two variables of positive school organization climate, silo effect, and school innovation management effectiveness of elementary schools. 4. “Silo effect” is a moderate variable between positive school organization climate and school innovation management effectiveness.
