當代空間設計與傢飾生活美學
—以集合住宅之公共空間為例

近幾年來，國內新建集合式住宅社區蓬勃興起，不同於早期的風格主義及功能訴求，而現在除了強調建物體的本質之外，在數位科技的引領下，結合社會需求、生活環境、人文文化等跨領域議題-建築將不在只是強調建築物既定認知框的美與力學，而人們期盼賦予的，將會是希望能獲得更多群流互動、情感聚合、智慧生活、運動場所與老齡情境生活，重視在棲居處的向往經濟與人文薈萃的基本價值。當代式建築匯集現代主義精神，潛在人類文明及都市發展的力量，對於未來城市的概念思維，已從單一思考，逐漸邁向多元發展的非線性邏輯，讓人們與環境共成多向連結，進而創造一個永續輪轉的永恆。新式建築的美與力學，集結建築空間設計與創作元素、軟硬裝總體搭配與機能、傢飾共構美學生活、藝術佈品運用，除了帶動公共空間場域的視覺感官及實用機能，更要成為下一世紀建築的重要典範。本研究希望透過不同的觀點思維，將建築集合式住宅公設機能，設計出多元化差異、挑戰複雜性與多樣性，落實當代城市生活的動態發展與智能需求，藉此整合系統、組織出精準而有層次的景致，成為多元複雜但有序探索的最好實例、進而趨向多元差異的發展脈絡邁進。研究目的在於探討集合住宅公共空間之室內裝修與家飾關聯性、分析集合住宅公共空間家飾設計元素、解析集合住宅公共空間家飾設計原理及展現方式，透過硬體空間與軟裝設計，展現出空間藝術的氛圍，將美學因素與機能關係賦予文化性、實用性、交疊性、原創性的共構，喚醒人們認知美學生活及心靈寄託的重要性。透過相關理論與實際案例作為分析及探討。研究方法僅對室內設計師從業人員為主要的訪談對象，挑選5個個案架構完整、且內容完全符合說明案件，作為深度的探討研究，並使用集合式住宅公共空間案例照片、及深入訪談該專案設計師，瞭解集合式住宅空間設計之相關內容，隨時時代的演變，空間裝飾及陳設概念開始受到需求重視，所以在設計上也開始以活動式物件或者傢俱及具裝飾性的擺設品，來塑造空間的氛圍。然而專案設計師必須具備硬體的架構概念、同時間必須也要有軟體的搭配素質，為公設空間設計打造出高舒適度、高藝術境界、高品味的理想環境。
