應用感性工學與腦波等生理指標評估音樂消除心智疲勞:以學生為例

摘要


音樂的紓壓方法經常使用在我們的生活中,但目前鮮少有研究比對多種不同類型的音樂對於消除疲勞及舒緩心情的效果。本研究之目的為使用生理量測之方法,腦波之量測,以評估多種音樂消除心智疲勞的效果,並在實驗後以受試者個人主觀填寫聽覺感性工學之問卷以及心智負荷量表(NASA-TLX),初步藉由兩份問卷評估哪種類型之音樂對於受試者消除心智疲勞有實質之功效,再以實驗加以印證。 本研究以學生為主要研究對象,並徵求10人進行實驗測試,受試者在進行學習或是工作數小時後聆聽音樂。本次實驗共分為二階段六部分介質介入前後分別量測受試者之腦波,並在此六部分填寫心智負荷量表以及聽覺感性工學之問卷。而本次實驗選取選取之六種音樂分別為爵士樂、金屬樂、一般流行樂、搖滾樂、莫札特E大調第三號協奏曲K447、莫札特雙鋼琴奏鳴曲K448( Mozart Sonata for Two Pianos in D Major,K.448)。 實驗結果發現,聆聽爵士樂後之放鬆水準與睏倦水準皆顯著於其他組,顯示爵士樂讓人具有放鬆之程度並會引起想睡,而在感覺工學問卷方面,爵士樂對於人類之共鳴最佳,莫札特雙鋼琴奏鳴曲K448( Mozart Sonata for Two Pianos in D Major,K.448)則為次之;實驗後填寫心智負荷量表與前兩者結果相同,綜合上述結果,爵士樂擁有最佳效果。 關鍵詞:音樂、腦波、NASA-TLX、心智疲勞、感性工學

Music relaxation therapy is used extensively in our life, but few studies have compared the effects of different types of music on relieving fatigue and soothing emotions. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of various music genres on eliminating mental fatigue using physiological measurement techniques, Electroencephalography(EEG) measurements after the experiment, an auditory “Kansei engineering” questionnaire filled in from the subjects’ subjective view and the NASA-TLX questionnaire. In this study, students were the main research subjects, and 10 people were asked to conduct experimental tests. The subjects in the experimental group listened to music after studying or working for hours. The experiment was divided into two stages: after learning (work), during media intervention (music); the brain waves of the subjects were measured, and the subjects were also asked to fill in the two stages of self-conscious fatigue assessment. In following stages, they were asked to fill in the questionnaire of auditory “Kansei engineering”and NASA-TLX quwstionnaire. The experiment was divided into six parts of media intervention to measure the brainwaves of the subjects, and the six parts were filled with the conscious fatigue assessment scale and the auditory sensibility engineering questionnaire. The six selected music in this experiment are jazz music, metal music, pop music, rock music, Mozart E major No. 3 concerto K447, Mozart double piano sonata K448( Mozart Sonata for Two Pianos in D Major,K.448). According to the experiment,the relation level and drowsiness lievel were significantly than other groups after listening to jazz music,and results shows jazz music may cause people sleepiness.In terms of Kansei Engeering questionaires,people get more emotional resonance in jazz music,second is the Mozart Sonata for two piano K448( Mozart Sonata for Two Pianos in D Major,K.448).The results of the NASA-TLX questionnaire is same as the above two.Based on the above results,jazz music is better than others.
