中國大陸的酒店產業,等同於台灣的飯店或旅館,本設計將統一以飯店一詞稱之。而其歷史至今已有千年之久,過去稱為驛站、客棧…等等,到了現今,飯店型式不斷的轉變,並隨著科技發達、經濟起飛及旅遊業蓬勃發展,產生了各式各樣大型豪華飯店,然而主要功能還是以客房為主要商品,讓旅客能得到良好的休憩環境,因此也開始注重室內空間的服務水準及繁多的硬、軟體設備,讓旅客享受更多的舒適、便利及樂趣。本設計研究與大陸內地漓江煙雨人文度假酒店合作,並藉由客房規劃設計,從室內設計的角度剖析地域性、當地人文等空間的特殊性,並完整記錄其設計之過程。 本研究欲探討並期許達成之研究目的如下: 一、 探討酒店、飯店業興起及種類及客房規劃等相關資料,同時探討飯店經營的相關文獻作為本設計案之設計依據。 二、 以實地參訪相關飯店案例,並作其分析,可供本設計規劃案之未來設計上之參考與執行。 三、 探究漓江煙雨人文渡假酒店之房型的發展與架構,研擬適宜的設計方法及概念的轉換。 四、 提出設計規劃,並依據業主需求擬出最適宜的平面格局、風格變化,以及各房型空間2D圖面與3D模擬呈現。 由於飯店涵蓋的東西廣大,礙於時間有限,固本研究只針對客房做設計,為飯店房型做出具吸引力的規劃。因此本研究先就飯店產業之興起歷史與特性之文獻,得知其產業種類的不同、空間運及規劃的上之差異後,再延伸探討客房空間上的規劃概要、格局等,以作為設計的前置作業;除此之外,篩選同類別之飯店以進行案例分析,參考其文化語彙之運用、品牌結合、空間主題等,其對遊客體驗過程所產生的精神滿足與心靈回饋,並取其室內美感與空間機能的優勢以作為本研究設計之養分。 進而探討漓江煙雨人文渡假酒店之品牌故事,其標誌意義、圖樣等,作一通盤了解,再對基地周遭地理環境、人文風情等作更進一步的調查及認識,以便後續空間規劃上能有所呼應。 設計過程中反覆與經營者進行會議討論,以確立未來的經營走向,而本設計就其風格及機能需求提出空間質與量的分析與建議,並以地理環景提出適宜的空間對策,整體概念以當地人文風情及奇特地貌作為發想,同時品牌輔助標誌作為延續及空間上之主題應用。整體設計以簡潔、機能完善與新舊融合為主要考量,並運用當地人文語彙,產生適宜的氛圍,讓旅客在房內能感受當地文化。
Hotel, also be known as inn which has had thousands of years in its history. Nowadays, the style and form has been change variously. As the progress of technology, economic prosperity and tourism boom, various luxury hotels have been design and built. However, guest rooms are still play the most important fictional role in almost hotels. It can support and provide restorative environment for all consumers. This study is cooperated with the project of the Misty Boutique Hotel where locate at the most famous scenic area - Yangshuo, China. Additionally, whole processes have been recorded through the planning and design of guest room from the interior design point of view which based the analysis of local culture. Following objectives are expected to achieved by this study: 1. Collect and analysis literatures which relate to the hotel type, design and planning. 2. Site visit and case study in order to analysis these real cases for the reference and execution on the further planning and design. 3. Study the development and frames related to various types of Misty Boutique Hotel in order to create particular design method and transformation of concept. 4. Develop design planning and create optimal types and styles of guest rooms based on the demands of client. Furthermore, it will be presented and simulated by 2 and 3 perspective drawing. The complexity of hotel with various fictional facilities and spaces, the study will focus on the design of guest room due to time limited. The history and characteristics of hotel are reviewed firstly to learn the differences among these various hotels. Furthermore, the planning, layout and design of guest room will be studied to be the initial works of design process. Same category of hotel cases are selected and investigated, the cultural language, elements, spacial topics, branding and experience and response from guest can be design source of references. The branding of the Misty Boutique Hotel also discussed together with the investigation the around of site and local environment and culture for further application of planning and design. Continuously discussion between designer and client are held during the design stage in order to identify the operation and management possibilities. The study provides qualitative and quantitative analysis and suggestion for the style and function of the space. As well as using the Local culture and geographic environment also be take into account as well. Moreover, the concept of branding consist with mountain, river, town are applied in the design of interior space. The design takes conciseness, route fluency, and integration of the old and the new elements into consideration, simultaneously. The local culture and the concept of these branding elements are employed by the planning and design to create comfortable space together the local minority culture at Yangshuo.
