摘要

高齡養生村產業是銀髮產業（Silver Industry、Senior Industry、Aged Industry 、Grey Industry）最重要的一環，政府和民間應該重視由於人口結構的變動所帶來的需求市場，以及生產力和消費力的改變，發展符合高齡社會專屬的創新經濟活動。本研究以台灣高齡社會的現況推估養生村產業潛在市場；再藉由專家訪談探討實際市場面的差異性和高齡者入住養生村的關鍵因素；並從平台策略導入區塊鏈技術探索高齡養生村商業解決方案的可行機制。

The health village industry is the most important part of the silver industry, the Government and peoples should pay attention to the demand market because the population structure changes, as well as changes in productivity and consumption, the development of innovation economic activities accord with the aged society. In this study, we estimate the industrial scale of the health village market by the demand and the market opportunity of the aged society in Taiwan. And from the expert interview to discuss the difference between the actual market and estimate market, and exploring the Feasible Mechanism of Commercial Solutions for Health Village from Blockchain.
