溫室氣體盤查與分析評估 -以某玻璃製造廠為例

摘要


氣候變遷可能造成地球生態浩劫,因此各國不斷提出溫室氣體減量政策,目前國際間已積極探討溫室氣體減量計畫推動與執行,以減緩全球暖化趨勢。本研究以一家玻璃製造產業為例(以下簡稱案例廠),蒐集和比較分析近二年溫室氣體的排放量,並進一步參酌其它文獻資料以及依照所收集的資料進行比較分析後,對溫室氣體排放源數據進行研究及鑑別分析,然後藉此研擬對未來溫室氣體減量與改善之對策。 依照資料收集結果顯示案例廠在2019 年度之溫室氣體排放量為 155,047.363 公噸CO2e ,2018年度之溫室氣體排放量則為148,674.130 公噸 CO2e,較 2018 年度增加4.29%,主因於2018年第4季七窯進行冷修作業而產線無從事投料生產,因而對比2019年之活動數據與排放量相對減少。分析各範疇排放源,範疇一中以製程及移動燃燒排放為主,範疇二則以電力使用為主要排放源,其中又以生產製造需使用之重油與電力為主要來源。而重油使用量占2019年度年平均用量約 48.69%,其次為電力使用量則占全廠約29.77%,因此重油與電力將是該案例廠進行溫室氣體推動減量之主要方向。可以確認的是案例廠之溫室氣體排放量與重油使用量則呈現正相關,因此汰換或調整提升設備的燃燒效率與減少相關燃料用量為當務之急。 另外在研究中也發現政府在2015年制定「溫室氣體減量及管理法」中規劃期程長期目標(2050年)需降至基準年(2005年)排放量的 50%以下,而中期目標(2030年)需降至基準年(2005年)排放量的20%以下,短期目標(2020 年)降至基準年(2005年)排放量的 2%。

Climate change has caused the earth's ecological disaster. For this reason. A number of countries intended to propose the policies of greenhouse gas reduction. In recent years, many countries have actively presented the methods to reduce emission of greenhouse gas reduction or discuss how to slow down the trend of global warming. This study selected a glass manufacturing industry as an example (hereinafter referred to as a case factory) to collect data of the greenhouse gas emissions in the past two years. Then, the data were compared with those in other literatures. The soure of greenhouse gases in the factory were analyzed and examined. Finally, the strategies to reduce emission of greenhouse gas and to improve operation were presented. According to the data collection results, the greenhouse gas emissions of the case factory in 2019 were 155,047.363 metric tons of CO2e, and the greenhouse gas emissions of 2018 were 148,674.130 metric tons of CO2e, an increase of 4.29% compared to 2018, mainly due to the seven kilns in the fourth quarter of 2018. Cold repair operations and production lines are not engaged in the production of materials, so compared with the activity data and emissions in 2019, the relative reduction. Analyze the emission sources of each category. Scope 1 focuses on process and mobile combustion emissions, and Scope 2 uses electricity as the main source of emissions. Among them, heavy oil and electricity used in manufacturing are the main sources. The use of heavy oil accounted for about 48.69% of the average annual consumption in 2019, followed by the use of electricity, which accounted for about 29.77% of the whole plant. Therefore, heavy oil and electricity will be the main directions for the plant in this case to promote greenhouse gas reduction. It can be confirmed that there is a positive correlation between the greenhouse gas emissions of the case plant and the use of heavy oil. Therefore, it is urgent to replace or adjust the combustion efficiency of the equipment and reduce the related fuel consumption. In addition, the government legislated the "Greenhouse Gas Reduction and Management Law" in 2015. It plans the long-term target in 2050 to reduce the emissions of green house gas to be less than 50% of the base year (2005), and the medium-term target (2030) need to reduce 20% of emissions in the base year (2005). The short-term target (2020) for the emissions of green house gas is to reduce 2%.
