摘要


W公司YS廠是一個傳統鋼鐵業的工廠,多年以來在製程上面不斷的改善,在同業中 具有強大的競爭力。但是面臨現今市場產品生命週期更短、全球供應鏈布局、快速 滿足當地需求等競爭環境下,因此YS廠需要面臨的是大量客製化、少量多樣產品需 求、交貨期短..等靈活多變的需求,因此必須應用更先進的技術,以期達到完全自動 化物料追蹤,最終交付完整的產品履歷。

The YS factory of W company is a traditional steel factory. Over the years, it has continuously improved its manufacturing process and has a strong competitiveness in the industry. However, in the current market, product life cycles are shorter, global supply chain layout, and local needs are quickly met under a competitive environment, therefore, the YS factory needs to face the flexible and changeable needs such as a large number of customization, a small number of diverse products, and a short delivery time. Therefore, more advanced technologies must be applied to achieve fully automated material tracking and ultimately deliver a complete product history.
