摘要


對於醫學美容這個行業,亞洲每年服務一百萬人次,其中外國人約佔五成。這些醫院的共通處都是;美輪美奐的像飯店不像醫院,他們稱自己是hospital飯店式醫院,有受國際级訓練的醫護人員和十多種語言服務。這些醫院外國病患至少五成,而且與國內外保險公司、旅行社、航空公司、飯店、餐廳業者合作,從簽證服務、機場接機、保險給付到住宿旅遊,提供一站式服務。九一一之後,全世界一年數百萬人次湧進亞洲的度假醫療(Medical tourism),在供應端上除了亞洲國家醫療軟硬體快速提升,又結合觀光度假精緻服務之醫療服務,在需求端上,歐美國家因醫療成本節節高漲,醫護人員短缺,於是到亞洲享受低價優質的診療服務應運而生,項目更從過去簡單之美容手術擴大到困難度較高之心臟、癌症等手術(商周1985)。這幾年來在台灣、歐洲、香港、日本、中國大陸、美國… 等地。對於抗老化的風潮及預防醫學的觀念越來越興起,雖然案子已經經過多年的設計才提出討論,但在當時陪著業主從無到有的整合,空間內容的討論及對於原有業主對醫療空間的改觀,一一都是非常有挑戰的過程。這幾年過後,每次看到醫學抗老中心設計的時候,如何讓人們擺脫原來醫院帶給人的感受,這是非常需要討論的課題。 室內設計這個行業常是感性的思維,心理的意象或感覺是一種概念,每個人對同一種概念的意義有顯著的差異。所以要將它轉換成可測量的,能夠量化、有標準可循的方式,是業界在管理上很大的問題。往常在設計規劃上的成敗,常常主事者為主要關鍵,所以我想依個人多年經驗試著歸納些方法,希望能讓在前端規劃上的同行有一些標準可循,且把原本心裡的一種概念,轉換成一種可測量性的一種變項。

For the medical cosmetology industry, Asia serves one million people every year, of which about 50% are foreigners. These hospitals have something in common; they are beautiful like restaurants and not like hospitals. They call themselves hospital hotel-style hospitals, with international-level trained medical staff and more than a dozen language services. At least 50% of foreign patients in these hospitals, and cooperate with domestic and foreign insurance companies, travel agencies, airlines, restaurants, and restaurant operators to provide one-stop services from visa services, airport pick-ups, insurance payments to accommodation and travel. After 911, millions of people from all over the world flocked to Asia’s medical tourism a year. On the supply side, in addition to the rapid improvement of medical software and hardware in Asian countries, medical services combined with exquisite tourism and vacation services are in demand. On the other hand, because of the rising medical costs and shortage of medical staff in Europe and the United States, countries in Europe and the United States have come to Asia to enjoy low-cost and high-quality medical services. The project has expanded from simple cosmetic procedures in the past to more difficult operations such as heart and cancer. (Shang Zhou 1985). In recent years, in Taiwan, Europe, Hong Kong, Japan, Mainland China, the United States... and other places. The concept of anti-aging and preventive medicine has become more and more emerging. Although the case has been designed for many years before it was discussed, it was accompanied by the owner’s integration from scratch, the discussion of the space content, and the original owner’s medical treatment. The change of space is a very challenging process one by one. Over the past few years, every time I see the design of the Medical Anti-aging Center, how to get people out of the original hospital experience is a topic that needs to be discussed. The industry of interior design is often perceptual thinking. Psychological image or feeling is a concept. Everyone has significant differences in the meaning of the same concept. Therefore, to convert it into a measurable, quantifiable, and standard-based method is a big management problem in the industry. In the past, the success or failure in design and planning is often the main key, so I want to try to summarize some methods based on my years of experience, hoping to let colleagues in front-end planning have some standards to follow, and take a concept in my heart , Transformed into a variable of measurability.
